If you want to try the H3, I'd suggest the H3 H37, which sadly, is provincial only (not commercial afaik). On the BH I don't think you will need harder, and on the FH, if you happen to like it, you can go up as you wish... Let me put it this way about H3: Back in the days my BH was not good...

Max for FH, 2.0 for BH. Again, as usual, my personal preference... (I prefer 2.0 for blocking on the BH.)

Yes, that's the DFVP2. I prefer bouncier on the BH nowadays, but if I searched for H3 H37 alternative, that's what I'd go for. A mixture of the rests of the both, but good 80% of it is Seamoon. Now I've added some expired Vietnamese menthol oil in there, for the flavor. Good luck in HK.

Yes, it's a typical dense sponge, with all what comes with it. However, I've put only 1 thin layer to make it straight, and it's OK for me. If I wanted bouncier, I'd try DF Polestar. But since I didn't yet, take this recommendation with the usual grain of salt.
