  1. Xiom Vega Tour Review

The Vega X top-sheet feels softer than the G1's top-sheet. Another, better, player in the club feels the same. I didn't try Vega Tour.
  2. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Now I'm curious ;-) I really like the Rxton 9, for me its somewhere between H3 prov. BS and Nittaku H3, feelings-wise, also weight-wise. Better than DF Volant Phoenix, which is also good for me for the price. All these rubbers are dense sponge, not really bouncy, WYSIWYG or WYP(ut)IWYG ;-)...

  4. DHS fans unite!

I peel it off before glueing, esp. if boosted, to reduce the tension. And I cut the shape from the cover sheet (with some overlap) and put it on, when clean/dry. Edit: Didn't read all the posts before. If I did, I'd not post ;-)

It's already enough, you'll see - the pimples moderately visible, top-sheet elastic. 2nd layer not really needed, well, my opinion. Cheers!
  6. H3N prob BS 39 v 40 v 41 how do they play differently?

    About 51, plus/minus, roughly.
  7. H3N prob BS 39 v 40 v 41 how do they play differently?

You're not making it easy for the OP ;-)
  8. Rakza Z successor

If you don't require to stay hybrid, then I'd suggest Rakza X for the BH to you. The sponge hardness is virtually the same as Rakza Z, maybe Rakza X is tiny bit harder, even though officially it is supposed to be the other way. It is faster than the RZ, which is what you are after. The grip is...
  9. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Today I tried the Loki Rxton 9 for the first time. I swapped the Fastarc G1 2.0 for Xiom Vega X 2.0 on the BH, which added 2g, and the H3 prov. BS H41 for Rxton 9, which added 8g, so my setup is now 195g. It's not a problem, I'm used to such weight. Actually I felt the particular H3 was somehow...
  10. Best Chinese Alternatives to D09c Tier List

Exactly. I wrote what I wrote mainly to give some balance. Sometimes, some rubbers or blades get too much positive feedback. I think I wrote something negative about Stiga Infinity VPS for this reason too. It is simply so, that everyone likes what he likes, and that is usually something else ;-)...

    Where can I get one?
  12. FZD - will he be the next Wang Hao?

For me, FZD is the single most mentally strong player. Imo, nobody is comparable to FZD. I admire WCQ style, much more than FZD's, and also more than ML's - so here I disagree that FZD is better stylistically - however, it might just be misunderstanding. For me, WCQ's FH is on the "next" level...
  13. Ma Long's free arm?

Re-sis-tance .IS. Fuu.Ti.Le Edit: And big big congrats to elections. Pure envy.
  14. Why are top players sometimes hitting a forehand with the left foot in the air?

Mike Trout - pure beauty. I better stop now. Expressions like this could make my wife jealous, if she read TTD.
  15. Why are top players sometimes hitting a forehand with the left foot in the air?

Good point. And I agree with the rest too. The term "kinetic chain", as @Bear1960 writes, is more useful - it evokes the idea of a sequence. So that people at least stop focusing on the arm, perhaps... Cheers.
  16. Why are top players sometimes hitting a forehand with the left foot in the air?

The point of the weight transfer is to induce the rotation. It sort of propagates from the bottom (foot) to the hips rotation, upper body rotation, and finally (as a total by-product ;-)) to the arm swing. So, if the weight transfer doesn't induce rotation, it is pointless. However Richie, if I...
  17. Why are top players sometimes hitting a forehand with the left foot in the air?

@Dominikk85 it is also natural - go to park, throw something, as soon as you try to throw far, your foot will go up. Technique is beautiful if/because/when it is actually natural.
  18. Advice for backhand rubber

My G1 still holds, but eventually I'll get to Vega X. Looking forward to compare the notes ... ;-)
  19. Supplements to stay healthy and improve your game

Hey Zwill, I believe nothing is free, kind of. So, watch this and this. It helps. Cheers.
