Honestly its really easy. Practice push, serve, and receive. There's really not much else you need to be 1500. You should don't need to loop at all to get to 1500. Of course you may need some basic fh and bh drive, but its a lower priority. You won't use it much in a game.

I only tried the Stuor cybershape briefly on a friend's paddle, and it felt like a normal Stuor blade to me. So I don't have too much to contribute there. I only give him some info regarding my experience with Stuor, if it is helpful to him. If it's not helpful, he can disregard my info.
