Regular return board is great, control your own shots and receive awkward balls. Becoming stable in those kinds situations is key in my opinion to becoming consistent against pips. (besides playing smart against them)

Perhaps try a rosewood/ ebony 7 ply blade, those are pretty hard and forgiving. The best way to improve strokes is still technique

Performance is the same, it is just that the sponge is less fragile/ brittle. When the first rubbers came the sponge broke quite easily. It felt almost dried out-ish? Pretty big difference in quality

I find D09c quite durable and accually pretty decent in terms of price performance. But Loki Arthur China also fits into high performance hybrid in my book. Latest batches are great, better sponge that is less brittle and fragile. Some of my clubmates now use it, I order and glue it all.

Not sure about the smaller headsize on the pro 01 because I owned three and they are 157x150. Yinhe QC is quite good I.m.o. Perhaps TB got a bad one? I have two Lemuria blades, very good quality for cheap. Innerforce layer ZLC and Dhs w968 But not on the playing quality level of the real stuff.

Well if your blade works fine and you play well with it keep it. Some just want something new to mess around with which is also fine. Try to look for similar blades with the same veneers, such as yinhe 437 or butterfly SK7. Both slightly different but still noticable

I do the same thing that I train, serve short into either forhand or backhand or long into backhand. After that step around forehand attack but 70% insted of 100%. power. Mostly focusing on what works and not getting mad is the key.

For sure a great rubber, donic pre-boosts bluestorm. The only problem with this rubber is durability, the grip fades like Tenergy 05 but much quicker. Only used it for one season, after that it was DONE
