In my experience and the general population I'd say: Commercial Hurricane lasts easily years, Dignics and Aurus 2 years and most grip/hybrid a year or so. Of course you can play longer with it, but you'll notice a lack of speed or grip.

I just use the sheet of paper that comes with most rubbers. No issue with most rubbers. Back when i used hurricane i just put olive oil on the rubber, washed it off with water and put in back in my case. I bet that rubber lasts longer then my lifespan😂😂

just play a lot of forehand with your pals, after that robot for rbp. When you master the basics (loop/ counter) go for Trb. Trb is better for lobbing and some punches. Mostly for style points but ey, that makes tabletennis fun right.

I tried patrick for a few hours, and i own a innerforce layer. If you find stuor headheavy you wont like either of these. But innerforce would be the best option.
