  2. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I read in another thread that Loki Arthur Europe could be compared to Rakza Z, is that true? But then I also wonder, if the Loki Rxton 3 Pro could be even closer to ESN hybrid rubbers? Or should I just choose Loki Arthur Europe if I want a Loki rubber that's most similar to ESN hybrids?

  6. Stiga DNA Dragon Grip Review

How does this rubber compare to Dragon Power 52.5 when it comes to speed, control and ease-of-play? According to Stigas own calculations, the Dragon Power 52.5 should be the faster one of the two. I have one sheet of Dragon Power 52.5 but maybe I'll order Dragon Grip aswell just to try it out!
  7. Tibhar Hybrid MK review

I would think Nuzn 45 is a good choice then! It's supposed to last way longer than most hybrid aswell.
  8. Tibhar Hybrid MK review

Nominally, they're all 47.5 deg hardness, but to me V>20 Extra is the fastest one with least control. On the other hand, it might also had been that the blade I used it with was too fast for me (Tibhar Libra Zodiac) making the combination way too speedy? Among the three, Vega Pro H is the...
  9. Tibhar Hybrid MK review

Out of those, I've only used Xiom Vega Pro H and Victas V>20 Extra. The Victas is quite fast compared to Vega Pro H. Right now I'm using Victas V>15 Sticky Soft that I like a lot. Restarted table tennis last fall after a 30 year "break". :)

  13. Rating progress evaluation

Do you know what that would corespond to in the Swedish ranking system? In Sweden, as a beginner you start at 750 ranking points. I'm from Finland, but since TT is such a small sport here, me and my club mates often goes to tournaments in Sweden. In my local club, almost no one has a playing...

How do they differ from each other?
  15. Butterly Korbel SK7 - Anyone use one of these - review please?

I was gonna buy the Korbel SK7, but then discovered there's also a SK7 Classic which I prefer, at least estetically. Unfortunately the SK7 Classic isn't sold in Europe, but could be ordered from sellers on Ebay. Are the Korbel SK7 and SK7 Classic (almost) identical...
  16. Nittaku fastarc G-1 is a good rubber? if yes is better for fh or bh?

Maybe my Yasaka Falck Carbon has low throw? Is it even possible that a blade exhibits low or high throw?
  17. Nittaku fastarc G-1 is a good rubber? if yes is better for fh or bh?

Would you say C1 is a low throw rubber? For my personal taste, C1 borders on a bit too low throw. In a bit of panic I had to use it as a replacement BH rubber for one of my blades, Yasaka Falck Carbon. Just had to replace Sanwei Gear Hyper as BH rubber, since I really, really hate low throw on...

Unfortunately, I have the same experience. Have asked about availability and only met with total silence! This led me to put in an order for an out of production Joola blade I couldn't find anywhere else. The web store indicated it would be in stock, but in the end there were none. They got back...
  19. At what skill level would a hard (48-50 deg and up) FH rubber improve the game?

Do you encourage me to try out some harder FH rubbers? Lately I've used Vega Pro H, J&H X47.5, Victas V20 extra and Victas V15 Sticky Soft on my FH. Actually, the other day I ordered some Stiga Hybrid H, DNA Platinum H and Dragon Power 52.5 to try out. Cheap as hell on Aliexpress Black Friday...
  20. At what skill level would a hard (48-50 deg and up) FH rubber improve the game?

Hi, I've had a strange discussion with a club mate of mine. He has got this weird opinion that you always should choose a hard (48-50 deg and harder sponge) FH rubber if using a carbon blade. I try to explain to him that all carbon blades are not equal and the differences in speed, stiffness and...
