Unboosted: Probably Bloom Power or Rxton 9. They're all really good as H3 alternatives.

Bouncier refers to the speed. Unboosted, it is average speed similar to H3. With boosted, the speed increases greatly. Separately, the throw angle is much higher than Target National and it is more similar to H3 throw angle.
