I think H3Neo H37 is optimal, but I guess you already tried... You could try Rising Dragon, it's softer and a bit slower than RZ, also semi-tacky. I only had couple of hits with it, but that is how it felt. Has good spin, not sure it will solve the problem with blocks though.
