  1. Xu Xin - The Greatest Doubles Player Ever

No doubt in my mind this is true. I made that comment in 2017 after I saw him play doubles in person at the WTTC in Germany. I hadn't counted the titles, it was just watching how he dominated points in doubles. It was just the eye test. His game is ideally suited for doubles.

  4. Question about boosters

They are very slightly volatile and in contrast to speed glue it is probably not why they work. But to be honest and with no disrespect intended, given the questions you ask, I doubt it is something you need to be dealing with.
  5. TTFit - is it a scam?

    Sounds shady to me.
  6. Stiga Evolution slightly more offensive alternative

Many companies will attach rubber for you prior to shipping but it is still really useful to learn to do this yourself. It is pretty easy after the first time.

  9. New "Rules" for Table Tennis

Zaid, clearly you are one of the illuminati of table tennis. However, the complete rule is as follows: Rule 92. You are not allowed to take your frustrations out on your equipment anywhere that people can see you do it. (This is analogous to Rule 40 on shadow practice). This includes your...
  10. Question about boosters

A reasonable precaution if you are worried would be to wear nitrile gloves. Boosterz aren't volatile by design so you really don't need to worry about breathing it.

I think this us a good suggestion. It is quite a lot slower.
  12. Question about boosters

I teach at a medical school. My guess is that they are probably reasonably safe but we cant say for sure because the formulations are proprietary secrets. Compared to speed glue the effects are so minimal that it's not worth the effort with European or Japanese made rubbers that I use...

  16. The motor mower serve

Danny Seemiller still uses a BH serve pretty effectively. And of course there is that very strange thing Dima does.
  17. How to protect and "make up" your blade?

    Rule 83 should suffice.
  18. New "Rules" for Table Tennis

Rule 90. Flash photography in a table tennis venue is absolutely forbidden and warrants immediate ejection. You are required to inform friends and family of this since, since whilst it might seem to be common sense, it apparently is not. Actual players who violate this rule are to be shunned...
  19. New "Rules" for Table Tennis

Bryan that is excellent and it augurs well for your future enlightenment. As you wrote it, though, the rule was incomplete. Rule 89. A player is not allowed to bounce the ball more than three times before serving. If a player consistently serves too long or always hits the same serve they...
  20. How to protect and "make up" your blade?

Perhaps a glance at the material data safety sheets (MDS) for cyanoacrylate glue might change your mind.
