@Dan used the Timo Boll Spirit blade and @Tom used the Stiga Hybrid Wood NCT blade in the review which looked at the Butterfly Tenergy 80 FX rubber's on both sides of their blades. The review looks at various techniques and a range of shots used in today's modern game of table tennis and also...
Great to hear! Good question, we didnt enable this feature as the ITTF Live Streaming does not work on mobile browsers. Did the stream work on yours before?
Hey @LuckyMan it's nice to meet you to. You will meet a lot of enthusiastic table tennis players here om TTD :)
Yeah these are good players to watch and learn from. Cool 3 years playing, you'll soon click with your game and find things a lot easier once you've gone through the stage of working...
Hey Josep love your trick shots! Me and @Tom didnt get round to doing one this year, the two of us have been to busy and Tom has been training in China.
One question, how long did it take to successfully pull off your trick shot? :)
Welcome Sam! I wish you the best of luck, things will become a lot more automatic soon enough. Did you play much racquet sports before you started this challenge? How are you finding it all so far, must be hard learning so much in a short space of time but with practice like your doing I believe...
That's okay. I think it's important to return the serve in a good placement to set yourself up for the next ball. Don't try and win outright unless you have a good opportunity. Be patient buddy. Vary your return mixing the receive up.
Good luck.
Just seen this great topic and post from you @Carl. I know its 2 years late haha! I wanted to update you and users on TTD. We are very close to launching the Equipment Review Centre, just as you suggested in your posts here.
Thanks again for everything and all the hard work you have helped me...
Welcome to TTD Josep. Great to have you here, your trickshots are fantastic, good luck in this years competition. See you around :)
P.s. your English is very good! :)
Hi everyone,
Has anyone ever dealt with any Canvas Backdrop Screens like the ones in the link here: http://www.edsports.co.uk/product/1732-373/Canvas-Backdrop-Screens
I basically need two for a table tennis club to improve the background. If someone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
Great! I'm looking forward to them! Maybe I should try see if we can have a some sort of video portal (upload) on here, or is youtube embedding good enough?
Hey there,
I think the Rasant Turbo was slightly faster than the Powergrip. I think because the Powergrip was slightly slower more spin could be produced. Or it felt like more spin was produced. The Powergrip has a harder sponge however the topsheet may differ in terms of hardness as the pimple...
Great to hear your positive review @amr I am glad you are happy with the 80 FX. I found it very good to, and I agree excellent for spin when you brush the ball well. We found similar findings :)
