This guy is pretty good player. He seems to believe the baby oil is effective on H3. But there isnt a comparison with unboosted H3 to know for sure the benefit of baby oil.

From my experience, baby oil causes rubbers to curl outward away from the sponge. Even after taking the rubber off the blade, the rubber never returns to the original neutral state. Its permanently curled outward. Does that mean, its permanently "boosted"?

No thats not quite true. Is FZD switching to SuperVis? If yes, presumably its because he wants the extra speed. But if thats true, why didnt he just use a faster blade to begin with? If your statement was true, he wouldnt be switching to super vis.
