Ya, I put my old rubbers on a generic 7 ply blade that came with a junk table. I like it more than some of the blades i paid top dollar.

Its very disappointing to see this kind of deception in a sport where most people have to rely on the word of others when buying equipment. especially when equipment is getting more and more expensive.

I thought i had it bad in the south of US. Florida has tt clubs, but not like the northwest and the northeast of the states. you might find a friendship rubber here and there, but thats it. you gotta order everything. I heard that brazil has the second largest japanese population outside japan...

How big of a discount did you get? 25%, 50%, or maybe 5 fingers? Butterfly's greed is bad for the sport. Hopefully one day, people will stop paying the ridiculous prices they're setting. There's lots of rubbers that are just as good for less. Paddle palace carries, but doesn't advertise...

infinity 83g-6.0mm, and the eternity 94g-6.3mm. how does 10 grams get in .3mm? Arn't they basically the same?

i bet, everytime i think know a little about this sport, i get surprised and smacked back into place with the rest of the rookies.:) I love it, it keeps me hungry and helps me learn the sport better.

I'm stubborn, once i think i like something, i stay with it. It was years before i tried anything besides stiga equipment. its too expensive messing up and getting something you don't like. if your a beginner and you get bad equipment, it can turn u away from the game

i was gonna get an innerforce, but the infinity came out and i haven't looked back. i love the feel of the wood blades, but if butterfly drop its prices $50-100 dollars less i would definently think about a carbon blade
