That is very inaccurate. At 1.0mm, lp is a good attacking and blocking bh rubber. It is very hard to chop with 1.0mm lp in a def blade unless you are pro or high level. Also, attacking lp style has good attacking points for bh to bh if you know how to rally and. Not just push or chop...

Mark v should be a good starting rubber. On higher levels, it is not as good as it was back in the 38mm era. With the 40mm it became slower and just like an off- or an all+ rubber with polyballs.

Control and feel are better for a new or returning player than speed.

Red one is slower, it has a classic chinese sponge. The pro blue national seem easier to use and feels a tad softer. I like the pro blue since it is better for hitting aside from spinning the ball.
