Why do you like Table Tennis???
I love it because it is a good indoor exercise activity. Also, the sound of the ball being whacked and the sound of the ball bouncing are pleasant to hear.

What rubber and blade to use for maximum speed and spin or either of them.
Please do not choose the fastest and spinniest rubber. It is a common mistake.

Wow then that is even less than just a slap in the wrist if no court battles will happen.

Please recommend blade structure like Innerforce Layer ALC
Sanwei F3 is a good blade but it is not similar to innerforce. Also the 2nd.layer is composite not the 3rd.

i want buy DHS Hurricane 3 Neo National (blue sponge)
still, not boosting DHS H3 will be a handicap the moment you move to higher levels of play.

Even national version h3 is slow when it is not boosted. Boost it to make it more bouncy.

Need help choosing my racket
Having a big swing is not a guarantee to have a good looping technique.

39 is still considered Hard. The 39 degree version allows more sponge compression than 40 or 41. Personally i like the 39.

Where to contact my racket to the ball during a reverse pendulum serve ?
Maybe your wrist movement, coordination and timing is not that developed yet for that serve.
