Thanks for the info Der. Just to reference a little your same area clubs situation. There is also a tradition and a sense of community which, I think, is quite a factor in table tennis. We probably have the best facility in town and yet, when we organized some cyclic tournaments, we were not...

And this is not right IMHO. Without a common practice, with a specific goal in mind, we will not get anywhere. Of course Rainneverever, but sometimes CNT unites and practices together and I think we should learn from you also in this aspect.

I don't know how Andy ... but if there will be no cooperation, common training camps, European tt will have no chance. There is to much asymmetry going on here. Considering sheer number of players ... a single country - no chance ... not even the strongest ones in Europe - in my opinion...
