@scylla24: Long as you promise not to stalk me, ;), this tournament was in Austin, TX. Most of the players are from Austin, Houston, Dallas Forth Worth, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi... basically all around Texas. I also play for UT Austin, our womens team made 5th in the nation this year...

No, by being every other year, the title becomes lucrative! More special. The teams event is really interesting anyways, and I'm glad we can focus on the two separate events each year. :P

I just think Table Tennis should be filmed at a more dynamic angle. A diagonal view from the forehand corner always seems much nicer than a birds-eye view from directly behind one of the players. Of course, this get's to be a little iffy with lefties, but if you get then angle just right, then...

Our TT Club in my college bought a gross of fake 3 Star DHS balls once. They didn't even feel like 1 star balls, they were literally just round pieces of plastic. It was awful. I decided that whenever bulk supply of cheap balls was needed, I'd look to Gamblers... they're pretty cheap and play...
