    On a pendulum serve if you contact the ball while your wrist is still flexed then it is more likely to give underspin. When it is on a more or less extended or releaxed positin it can produce side or topspin.

    Sanwei taiji and ultra spin are also very good cheap rubbers but are easier to handle than neo h3.

    Try the sanwei ultraspin t88 but boost it. Not too tacky and the speed is good and feels like a slower mxs when boosted.

    They are faster but you can choose a thinner sponge and the omega vii pro is kkniwn for it being a controllable rubber with high tolerance for ooor poorly executed shots.

    If you want the omega v pro/euro make it 2.0mm and you will need to adjust with the rubbers topsheet because it is very grippy.
