    Well the chances of NZ going to Olympics if they qualified a team would have been much better, so personally I believe Sarah should have tried to qualify, though I do realise the financial constraints etc.

    It was confirmed just a week ago in a congratulatory letter to the Vanuatu Olympic Committee from the ITTF, that the two athletes from Vanuatu: Anolyn Lulu and Yoshua Singh have qualified for the Olympics. This means that New Zealand, Phillip Xiao and Li Chunli have not qualified from Oceania.

    Mark V would be great. I used Mark V not long after starting off as a junior, perhaps around the age of 10 or 11, it's a good allround rubber good balance of speed, spin and control. Recommended :)

    On the contrary the time during towel breaks is a good opportunity to NOT think about the game. It is proven that you cannot maintain your full focus for the entire length of the match without taking short breaks. Take your time, use towel breaks to clear your head and go back to the table...

    Haha road to Olympics is ridiculous for a NZer, you will be interested to know that NZOC denied both our qualified athletes right to play in London and the players from Vanuatu who NZ beat in the mens and womens both 4-0 have qualified to compete.

    This is me 3 months ago in February, if you compare with my other training video from last week you can see the effects of crossfit and just a general commitment to a physical training regime, I've lost 6 kilos.
