Its good for both fh and bh,but you have to have a good bh,otherwise it will be hard to control due to the high throw and the reaction to opponents spin. But otherwise,its very good

Im talking generally.I mean that if these rubbers were say around $20,they would be bought cos they can be played by the pros and beginners.Im not talking about people who have specialised eg Defenders and high speed attackers.

i would say a good exercise will include the use of dumbells,especially on your racket hand.We dont you to drop your racket because your hand becomes too weak!:p

Look at all the positives mentioned,then think about all other things that are not mentioned,then put 2 and 2 together... that way you will find out all its faults.

Its a good serve,and works well. But if you dont practice it,many a time you will fail serving what you wanted(spin,placement etc),and often the ball will fall past your racket or hit the edge of it.
