Do Chinese rubbers provide any mechanical spin after the tackiness is gone?If so,is it a lot or a little? Or does it become like an anti-spin rubber?

Just a serve related question
watch the video under tutorials or service(im not sure exactly),it shows werner schlager demonstrating services with the same motion of the hand,but with completely different spins.
