  1. Japan Women's Race to Tokyo 2020 Singles

Thats highly dependent on who JNT fields in world tours. Maybe to be fair they are giving each pair approximately 2 tournaments (idk just speculation). It's entirely possible for Hayata/Harimoto or any one of the Ito pairs to make top 4 if they are fielded consistently enough.
  2. Japan Women's Race to Tokyo 2020 Singles

Losing in Japan and Australia might come back to haunt Ito. The lead she has now isn't quite comfortable yet.
  3. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Pity Mima couldn't take this. I thought she held the initiative all the way
  4. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Noooo anything but a repeat of last week's final
  5. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Back to reality. Although this means that Ishikawa has a better win rate against the Chinese than Hirano this year. I wouldn't mind seeing Ishikawa and Ito go for Tokyo singles since Hirano still seems unstable
  6. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Not to take away from the interviews but 80% of what they say are vague/rehashed statements. The players are probably given instructions not to reveal their tactics
  7. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Hirano beats a chinese player to meey Ito meet next round.
  8. Forehand Rubber for TSP Hino Carbon Power

For my main blade I'm using Xiom Omega VII Asia on XIOM Feel HX Pro which I feel is great for blocking and counter driving. However, I'm trying to learn to loop consistently during rallies which I find that I'm unable to do on my backup blade which has Xiom Omega VII Asia on TSP's Hino Carbon...
  9. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

I agree that Liu's spot is still up in the air. But from memory the Olympics have always applied the separation by association rule. At least from my observation there have been no two players from the same country in the same half, or all three players in the same half (2008 and before).
  10. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Sorry I don't really follow, why would Liu shiwen need ranking points?
  11. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Hopefully she doesn't pull out of T2 as well... I have tickets to go see her!
  12. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Australia's Jee Minhyung plays an interesting game. Long/half-long pips and she's able to use them on both forehand and backhand by twiddling. She's like Manika Batra but better. https://youtu.be/AOC8FApdVLw
  13. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

JPN v CHN matchups for Preliminary Round 3 Nagasaki Miyu v. Zhang Qiang Hashimoto Honoka v. Mu Zi Kato Miyu v. Qian Tianyi and uhh.. Zeng Jian v. Hamamoto Yui (just kidding) I wonder how many will make it out alive.
  14. Japan Women's Race to Tokyo 2020 Singles

Ito's Portugal Open score is 0, so I assume the Australian open will be her 8th event? Still scratching my head over Japan's womens doubles pairings. Shibata, Nagasaki and Kihara don't really have a realistic chance at 2020 as of now
  15. Australian Open 2019 [Platinum]

Ito, Hirano and Liu drawn into the same quarter. Crucial tournament for all 3 of them. For Ito and Hirano, to get deeper into the tournament than the other and for Liu a chance to prove that she has what it takes to beat Ito. IMO Liu has a lot to lose if she loses to Ito again, including...
  16. Olympics 2020 who will represent who

Any news on Wang Chen and her petition against USA's selection process?
  17. ITTF Korean Open 2019

Old news but I guess this counts as a big upset. Although Manika is facing Wang Manyu in the current round.
  18. ITTF Korean Open 2019

2-2 could go either way. Hayata seemed to be stronger in the rallies towards the end of game 4.
  19. ITTF Korean Open 2019

Feels like the entire hall is watching both of them play.
  20. Short Pimples on a carbon blade! Yinhe M202

I used spectol and hurricane on clipper and it was the weirdest thing ever. How does the spin feel on your backhand loops?
