  1. Dignics 05 vs Xiom Vega X

Lol, I have played with Dignics 05 (same as Dignics 09c and Glayzer). It is on my friends' blades. I don't own it though. It did not make that much impression on me. Plus when it is my friends' blades, I am not used to their carbon so hard for me to tell.
  2. Dignics 05 vs Xiom Vega X

I don't comment on stuff I have never played before. I have a couple friends at the club with Butterfly carbon blades with Dignics 05, Dignics 09c and Glayzer on them. I have borrowed their blades and fool around a bit. They do not make that much impression on me. If I want to go Dignics 09c, I...
  3. Dignics 05 vs Xiom Vega X

Ok I have never played with Dignics 05. Is Dignics 05 faster than Tenergy 05 or is it the other way around? Or Tenergy 05 is faster at the lower end of power spectrum but once you activate the sponge with a lot of power, Dignics 05 is faster than Tenergy 05. My two cents: 1) I doubt you can...
  4. Maybe I don't need this many rubbers...

Dandoy still has Rakza 7 on a 4 for 3 deal. Check it out. Their Xiom Vega X is also very very cheap. It has been on constantly promotion for a while. I know some people say Vega X is crap but Vega Pro is much better. I have tried Vega X and Vega Europe. I have not gotten around to get a sheet...
  5. Is it legit? happygreenstore.com

If you have to ask that question, then the answer is no. I did check out that website. The business is based in Australia. Between tabletennis11, megaspin, dandoy and Aliexpress, my table tennis needs are met pretty well. Are you referring to Clipper chinese penhold version? I think Stiga is...
  6. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

thanks for the feedback. I have a blue sponge 729 battle II and have the big dipper 38 degree red. I will put those two on two separate blades, forehand side. and let me see if I like them more than H3 or H3 neo!
  7. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I might put them the faster carbon blade and see! Thanks for the heads up!
  8. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yes, I think people seem to use big dipper on the forehand. AK47 is more expensive and is probably faster than CJ8000's. I just bought all of them because I was putting a big order on Aliexpress so I was like, why not? Also people seem to like AK47 red more than AK47 blue. I just like my rubber...
  9. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Agree. I don't have high hope for CJ8000. I want to find a perfect BH rubber and it is only $6-$7 a sheet including tax and all fees. Currently I am using Rakza 7 soft and C-1 on the BH so....we will see how CJ8000, AK47 and Big Dipper 38 degree perform on my BH.
  10. Butterfly 05fx alternatives

I have tried FX-P, EL-S, MX-P and MX-S. They are very catapulty. I assuem FX-D will be the same. If you said Butterfly 05fx is too catapulty, then C-1 and Rakza 7 soft would be a better choice for you. Both C-1 and Rakza 7 Soft are also known for their durability. They last like forever.

Got it. Do you like red, harder, or do you like black, softer?
  12. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yes, please see below. Top left is black. Top right is red. I also got a Big Dipper 38 degree red. I did not like my Big Dipper 40 degree black before. I decided to give that one more shot. Then there is AK47 blue.

Yeah that's why every time I buy anything from Aliexpress, I always feel like I am playing with Russian Roulette! I try to keep each order small so if the package does not arrive, I will not be disputing a huge sum of money. For example, I will never over $300 of products from one single store...
  14. Hurricane rubbers that are worth it without boosting

I guess I have to jump in if the discussion is about Hurricane. I have always boosted hurricane. I have not ever not boosted it before. If you find it slow, you can always slap it onto a fast carbon blade. It will definitely speed it up quite a bit. I assume boosting is to chemically break...
  15. Advice to improve my game.

By the way it is a good thing to even play with partners who have worse techniques. I really do not like snobby players at the club who play only with people who are better than them. I play with anyone at the club. When you play with partners with worse techniques, I assume they are also not...
  16. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

After I ordered AK47 blue and CJ8000 on July 9th via BEO store on Aliexpress, it just arrived today July 26th. I am going to stick them on my backhand and see how they play. I chose a soft AK47 because I chose a hard version of Big Dipper and I did not like it at all. So let us see if this AK47...
  17. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yeah, with the way people love love Loki rubber, I thought I was wrong. I am glad that you agree with me. At $14-$15 a sheet for the pink and the blue Rxton 3, I don't really care. I do have one sheet of Andro Rasanter R47 that is a bit too hard for me. I am saving that for future once my...
  18. Butterfly 05fx alternatives

I agree with Lazer that all ESN rubbers are probably similar to some degree. I have one bat with C-1 on the BH. Another bat with Rakza 7 soft on the BH. Both bats have the same blade (same maker, same model). I really could go back and forth between the two blades and not miss a bit. C-1 is...
  19. Butterfly 05fx alternatives

C-1 is soft. If you want to go softer than C-1, you can do S-1 or Xiom Vega Europe.
