While it wasn't Sora vs Woojin, Hiruto vs Felix was also a banger. Hard picks. Wang, Chen , Chen Sora, Hiroto, Sora Will revise if I miss.
  2. Harimoto Innerforce ALC vs Dimitrij Ovtcharov ALC for my new set up?

I will take that bet for sure. You will hate the Harimoto ALC with Digincs 09c on both sides.
  3. Harimoto Innerforce ALC vs Dimitrij Ovtcharov ALC for my new set up?

While they are broadly for offensive players, they are not that similar, no. Harimoto blades really absorb to the ball to a degree that not everyone will like. They have a much bigger pillow dynamic that any Butterfly carbon blade I have ever played with.

I get the desire to measure but measurement is sometimes driven by agenda. He will know what he needs to know when he gets there. He is a hood player but for his age, he is not a national level player. He has a lot of work to do.

That is a problematic conversion, likely outdated and from a time when more world class players played in USATT rvents like maybe the 1990s, Pro B does have some 2800 players like Pucar. But I would say the typical range is more 2550‐2750. 2850 players are higher rated than Kanak lol.

The Euro Smash is already in prelims. Truls has a lot of his ranking tied up in the Euro Smash. The question is whether to optimize rest and preparation and avoid switching timezones so close to the event when you have the choice vs playing and dealing with the recovery and jet lag. I suspect...
  7. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

So i should take it that you dont understand English? So someone coming short of expectations is "useless"? Someone who won the Japanese national.chsmps (now twice in a row) was being compared to Sun Yang, a chopper who has no such achievements? Someone who lost one match to Kenji Matsudaira...
  8. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

This match, the points and sound effects feel more like a boxing match than a table tennis match. It is like people are smashing into each other until one gives up over and over again.
  9. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

I think if Shinozuka was playing his old style herniated disk or not, no one would care about his chances for 3rd place. When people play better, people are allowed to change their minds. Even you on Sora. We havent heard about his uselessness in a while. If Shinozuka can beat Harimoto...
  10. Major League Table Tennis (MLTT)

Not injured. Just in post-surgery recovery with the goal of being optimal for MLTT season.
  11. Nationals results and updates

Please just report such things in the future. There is nothing to really be gained by responding to it.
  12. Nationals results and updates

@KTableTennis, I have addressed the issue since it was reported. Please carry on with the thread, though i generally find these threads unwise. You are well behind the curve for a modern professional junior and while i don't see any problem celebrating your progress, you will only be feeding...
  13. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Yes. I realized that when @Janard was asking who was the hammer, he was really talking about how aggressive and powerful Shinozuka was against Uda. He has raised the power and aggression to a higher level that his usually sneaky shot selection.
  14. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Beating Felix twice now as well as Hugo is a level jump. Nuff respect to Shinozuka. His previous win was in my subjective estimate but it is impressive he finished the job.
  15. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

It was K3 for a while. Probably still is.
  16. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Sure. Doesn't change the fact they were both 4-3 matches that could have gone either way. Most people would find the Sora - Jang match far more exciting, Jang's backhand upgrade and serves matched Sora for sure.
  17. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Thats the convenient narrative but that is not what was on display. Sora definitely earned that. Thr match was just as close as the Oh vs Qiu match.
  18. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Not really, all that counts is the result, my subjective feeling is just my take on the fact that some matchrs feel closer than others.
  19. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Haha... that is why you don't have your own list to share lol.
  20. WTT Champions Yokohama 2026, Yokohama, 8/4-9

Very Next Level match, not sure what i am watching it feels like magic.
