  2. Swedish National Championships 2018

Where is Truls Moregardh? Mattias is probably still injured.
  3. English National Championships 2018

Training with each other on a regular basis negates form some times. Especially if he is not dominating his teammates in practice.
  4. European Players & Tacky Rubbers

Yes, but Zeio probably doesn't know how bad US table tennis really is. And I was insulted.;)
  5. DHS National rubber authenticity?

Hold the rubber upside down.;) If you can still read it, then it can tell you what you need to know.:D Best wishes.:)
  6. European Players & Tacky Rubbers

Eugene Wang plays for Canada so what's your real point if any?
  7. European Players & Tacky Rubbers

I think so - Eugene Wang (Zhen) and Lei Kou comes to mind. I am sure there are others.
  8. European Players & Tacky Rubbers

    Hahahahahahahahaha!
  9. European Players & Tacky Rubbers

Agreed. I understand the intent, but there are better ways of phrasing the point. If the markets of third world countries didn't matter, people wouldn't invest in them.
  10. Africa Cup

    You are forgiven. ;-).
  11. Blackmun resigns in disgrace, USOC in shambles

I actually took the Safesport classes since I cannot be publicly affiliated with any USATT sanctioned club without taking them. And of course, it is quite reasonable and possible that one USATT coach that is a pedophile is out there - I know one popular coach that someone was anonymously...
  12. Blackmun resigns in disgrace, USOC in shambles

I can't seriously be asking a question to which the answer is a reason that is long and complicated. (Going back into corner hunched over with slouching shoulders...)
  13. Blackmun resigns in disgrace, USOC in shambles

  16. Are you playing against Timo Boll?

By the way I am not KM1976's coach.
  17. Are you playing against Timo Boll?

Interesting post. I usually stay "Stop playing as if you are playing Timo Boll" when someone is trying to end the point on every shot. I am a big believer that at the lower levels , including my level, that those of us who cannot develop amazing footwork should try to get a feel for playing...
  18. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

Lets just say I know a coach who stereotypes a lot of techniques (and strengths and deficiencies) from a lot of countries.;)
  19. European Players & Tacky Rubbers

To be fair, what you are saying is more relevant at a level of table tennis that I am not well acquainted with in Europe. The focus of coaches at lower levels is the truly informs a lot of these statements. But at the level of the pros, or at the top 200 level, these differences are far less...

That Nigerians are doing it? If you compare the forehands in that video to say, Aruna, you see that Aruna, even with his Nigerian idiosyncracies, is more refined. Nigerians tend to use grips that let you get extra effect from pronating the wrist. They rarely use full backands and tend...
