  1. Korea Open 2017

You would never know he was only 24/25 from your depressing description of his prospects. A lot of stuff is about staying healthy and not being injured.
  2. Korea Open 2017

Just saw the Boll-Yoshimura match. Very high standard. Well done to both players. Hope Yoshimura made the JNT for WTTC.
  3. Korea Open 2017

He was a certain type of prodigy in the German league. Probably the injuries, but he has been a disappointment relative to his promise for those who saw him in the German league when he was younger.

Fransizka tells Liu, "Go fix your enemies board. You put me in the wrong tier!"

  6. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

Having looked at the video you posted, good luck with this. You really do not understand that a lot of people posting tjese things about blades being too slow for the plastic ball don't know what they are talking about and the better ones are speaking from an advanced perspective. I posted...

    I am guessing Yulia Prokhorova.
  8. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

Modern rubbers are much heavier though. Just saying.
  9. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

Today, I was trying to figure out what about the Vega Pro makes it so suited for my style and why I like it (I consider it a composite Korbel, and it is quite likely that if the Vega Pro didn't exist, I would be using a Korbel or KJH). The short answer is that what I thought was a thin flare...

They should also replace the snake seed mechanism with Liu Guoliang. All tier 3 players get to play each other with the loser being sent to the basement.

  12. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

That is the biggest compliment anyone has ever paid me in my TT Life. I can retire in peace now.
  13. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

I used it *after* I switched to Karis rubbers. Got my best win ever with it and was my spinniest combo of rubber and blade. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kkYEwe0xjxE Switched only because I wanted a composite as Karis has a lot of control and I wanted something even faster.
  14. CNT Closed Training for WTTC 2017

Good. I can see everyone now. 2.5 is LSS, 2.7 is JWJ, 3.1 and 3.2 should be flipped, and I am still amazed that Tristan Flore is on the board, though he did beat Boll and Freitas and challenged Ma Long in one tournament.
  15. Korea Open 2017

Ando has been a nightmare for most players to face, but Feng, after the first game, has done a great job.

I will post my list early tomorrow.
  18. CNT Closed Training for WTTC 2017

Anyone want to guess who the main challengers of China are? This would be a good competition if some one had the answers - the top 7 are fairly easy. But it gets more difficult from then on. I think there are 34 players and I can guess with certainty about 29, maybe 30 - the last 4 or 5 are iffy.
  19. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

I agree but you are really replying to Dominus. Carl is definitely not a beginner :D.
  20. Bty Petr Korbel (Hungary) vs Tibhar Stratus Power Wood

Korbel has a much better build quality than the SPW. The blades are not that similar - Korbel is thinner and flexier and to me a faster looping blade, though I have seen lots of disagreements on the internet - my Korbels are 96 and 98g though. SPW has thicker and has a more solid approach to...
