  1. The Case for Hurricane 3 NEO (FH)

i've tried both the tg3 and the h3 (neos) on my forehand. I can say this with certainty, If i was a shakehand player, I'd be using the H3 neo. As a penholder however, for some reason I prefer the tg3. Perhaps because I use the wrist alot more... what do other penholders on this forum prefer...
  2. STIGA Airoc Medium Rubber Review

Tacky surface, hard sponge blue in color. So whenever Stiga's poster boy XX plays with the TG3 blue sponge, Stiga can tell people he uses Stiga rubbers on his backhand AND forehand :-P
  3. YEO7P, TG3 neo (39) and 729 cream transcend

So after trying mars 2, moon and focus 3 snipe for my RPB backhand on a YEO blade, I've come to the conclusion that I enjoy high spin rubbers over high speed. (I've tried neo H3 and TG3 2.2/39 on my forehand, and again, I enjoyed the TG3 more). I particularly liked the mild tack the moon had...
  4. Training for other sports that benefits your Table Tennis.

It has been a while since I've rock climbed myself... Worked my way up to a 5.10 before life got too busy. How about you?
  5. .

I really like this idea.. a great way to introduce oneself to the forum. Not only is this a great way to get to know each other better, but at the same time allow you to showcase your abilities abilities. Unfortunately I won't be able to post today, but hopefully in the next couple of days I might.

  8. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

To fling accusations against somebody, no matter how preposterous will always be detrimental. I had sincerely hoped the viewers here are sensible enough to discern this, and not take what I say too seriously. At the very least, people should consider ALL of the solid evidences supported by some...
  9. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

Well... you just had to rain on my parade with your sensibility, insight and factual evidences, didn't you.. How do I argue against logic? I don't work for Fox news...
  10. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

I may have gotten a little carried away on my last post... what we should all realize is this: EVEN if these players were doping, the performance gain would be a mere fraction of a percentage of their natural performance... their reason for doping would be only to gain the slightest of edge...
  11. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/sports/olympics/2010-10-15-3380462764_x.htm Dima got off his suspension on the grounds of plausible deniability...REALLY? REALLY???? "Contador blamed the finding on "food contamination," saying he ate beef brought from Spain to France on a rest day." Well OF...
  12. Whats your play style or what professional player is your play style like?

I found xu xin on youtube before he rose to through the ranks and I identified with him much earlier on. (Before XX, I was following michael maze.) I did not develop (rather, focus on) proper technique until after i decided to switch to RPB, as I found my self struggling with blind spots and...
  13. Best blade for Spin

How knowledgeable are you about blade composition? Do you understand the differences between 3 ply, 5 ply, 7 ply blades? What about flexible vs stiff blades, or different blade ratings (defensive+, -allround+. -offensive+)? What are the different blades that you have tried in the past, and why...
  14. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

I agree with everything you've said, but now I question about the case re. Dima :-P (no, I'm not accusing dima either). The use of steroids/perf enahnce. drugs (and getting away with it) in all the major sports across the US and ESPECIALLY in the olympics is sooo widespread, IMHO to think no one...
  15. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

Ha ha ha ha! I don't need such an elaborate excuse to smuggle into the world tours. Just to watch them would be reason enough!
  16. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

I do get your point, I'm just saying it "could" mean something when there is uncanny performance that comes with it. While i find it suspicious for a 16 yr old to rise through the ranks so quickly, you guys have reminded me this isn't completely new to ping pong, and that with every generation...
  17. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

I'm not changing my tune guys, perf. enhance drugs can be specializd anab steroids (http://www.cnn.com/2013/06/06/us/performance-enhancing-drugs-in-sports-fast-facts/index.html). But i do agree, his growth can be completely natural, though not very common.
  18. I'm not saying it, but I'm thinking it.

His footwork matches his physique. The guy is 6ft with a massive wing span, and he weighs a mere 150 pounds. His style is (was?) forehand centric, and we all know that the chinese/hungarian style of straight arm loop is notorius for generating power. Even his fingers are much longer than avg...
