  1. Evolution MX-P

Review by 'ajtatosmano2' on item 'Evolution MX-P'

I played for a year with my MX-P, 2.0. I used on FH around 3 month, but then on BH. What's the best about this rubber, is it's speed and spin potential. I will compare it to Tenergy series. Speedwise it's around the T64, but it behaves differently. On strong loops throw angle is higher than T64...
  2. Help! How to coach a complete newbie?

Uhh...that's really bad. Of course shadow training should be just a part of training, kids get bored quite fast. Train ~20 people on 2 tables is terrible. Try to find the most talented kids, and what is the most important, the motivated ones. Try to explain to the other's parents that the place...
  3. Help! How to coach a complete newbie?

Begin with a lot of shadowing! It's hard to concentrate both on movement and the ball for a newbie. You lead a team training, or personal training (1+1)? basic drives for first. When you see an improvement, you can introduce backspin. New shots other than drive should be taught at first with...
  4. Fang Bo's Equipment 2015

Fang Bo's rubber's sponge is obviously orange, not white.
  5. Elbow Pain

I suppose these stretches are good for prevention also. Right?
  6. Fang Bo's Equipment 2015

Color correction made: (it shouldn't be like that, on my computer it's normal quality)
  7. some thoughts on sports life

You can be a pro with playing mostly in your country. Of course you have to travel then, but no problem (if you're near to your training place). The desire to win is called ambition. If you aren't ambitious, you won't be a pro. If you lose more than you can handle, than you should go a lower...
  8. Table Tennis Fantasy League based on Champions League

Great find! I will upload the teams today evening!
  9. Children China TRAINING TABLE TENNIS

It's interesting. Chinese coach said that their researchers claimed age 7 is the optimal for begin training, mental part is more important than technical. I think it's the age when they begin to train in TT schools. Japanese kids start at a very young age, as we can see there, but china still...
  10. TTDaily Members Show Their True Essence

UPDATED Great idea (this thread)! I'll try to keep it short: Sports: At 13 yo. I started fencing. But after 1+1/2 or 2 years I gave up. I was physically very weak, a stronger wind would make me fly. The sword (épée) was heavy (my coach gave me an adult one) and teammates stronger. At first I...
  11. Chinese National Championships 2016

Yes, his name is Zhu Lin Feng.
  12. Chinese National Championships 2016

Kong Ling Xuan. If I remember correctly, he played that insanely long rally with Xu Xin in superleague. (NO) Played 3-4 with Koki Niwa in 2014. He has an insane forehand (like Fang Bo).
  13. Professional table tennis siblings

Kenji and Kenta Matsudaira and Shiho Matsudaira. Alamian Nima and Alamiyan Noshad. Morizono Masataka and Morizono Misaki.
  14. What do you prefer? Chinese Rubber vs European Rubbers?

    Friendship 729 Original blue sponge?
  15. Defensive inverted rubbers

If you have a stiff blade, actually I would recommend you to learn chopping with a slow 2.0/max rubber. More spin, and a slow thick sponge will help you deal with the spin.
  16. Warm up tricks ?

Don't concentrate on your strokes, turn autopilot yourself. Of course it's easier to say than do, but that's it. Keep warm yourself, don't sit too much at a time before the start. Always keep moving your legs, be confident.
  17. China Open 2016

Ho Kwan Kit and Wong Chun Ting improved immensely since they train with CNT. With Euro or Jap players you often see that they misjudge the spin and the ball miss the table. WCT and HKK were outplayed more than outpowered.
  18. Choosing rubber

Hi, I want to ask you for advice! I will change my rubbers soon, because my old MX-P worn out and unfortunately I boosted slightly my H3 max and it's more than 4mm, even after reglueing (and yes, it's a problem since I participate in official tournaments (U18)). I want to move from H3. I learned...
  19. How to Improve my Forehand Topspin

Your stroke is decent. Why do you think, that you don't generate enough spin? I think you can train to shot harder. As you advance, you will need more power.
  20. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

Yesterday I played terrible in an U18 tournament. I marked X in doubles partner and get someone, who is a very good player. I was happy, thought we can win around 2 games, if we're lucky even 3. After that: first game, opponents are two pimples player, a chopper (long pips) and a guy who can...
