It's quite simple to block with anti spin actually. There are two things that play in winter's favour 1- it's women, so the loops are less powerful than men 2- she is playing wtt where all the opponents do is loop. It's like they are walking right into the anti spin trap. In an amateur club...

I have one very similar rubber from dr neubauer. you cannot chop, you cannot loop, and it's super slow......you are basically limited to pushing. the push in general will be short due to the slow speed of the rubber. it seems to be working for winter, but remember she plays in the pro scene...
