  3. Need advice for a allround+ blade with a big handle

I got the Basaltec Inner from Nittaku which is made by Soulspin. It’s really nice but I think it’s a bit heavy and the handle is too thin and a bit strange… I just got Nittaku Ma Long 7 LG (no longer made) from TT11, This one has a handle I can get along without tape… But it’s more like off -...
  4. Need information about Nittaku's versions of DHS blades like Long 5, King, etc.

I got two Ma Long 7 LG. They are made in China by DHS but the quality is good. My guess is that Nittaku has higher QC… Cheers L-zr

  7. Is my yasaka sweden classic counterfeit or original?

Yasaka do not make blades. Woodhouse Sweden is an independent enterprise and they make blades for other brands too. one being Donic and another being TTEX.. Wood house actually has higher quality than Stiga which make their own, but this blade is at the bottom end of their range so they...

  10. Donic true carbon inner

Here goes Not a comparison to Appelgren WC 89, bit to a very similar blade Nittaku S-CZ… Same rubber on both sides, the difference being that on the true carbon inner they brand spanking new where on the S-CZ theybare old, but I remember them when they were new. - Feel The S-SZ feels softer...
  11. 30+ TT players, could you beat a 10 years younger version of yourself?

No way You’d have to go back 40+ years for me. Cheers L-zr
  12. Donic true carbon inner

No a Nittaku Ma long 7 LG. But don’t worry I am bringing both to tonight’s training. I will report back to you around midnight. I will compare it to Nittaku S-CZ which is very similar to Donic Appelgren WC 89. Cheers L-zr
  13. Why are we so adamant about grippy rubber needing tensor?

Mark V topsheet is still one of the best. More grippy than many modern rubbers. The downside is the sponge. It is not catapulty and has a low'ish top speed. But if You can live with this it will last You longer than almost any other rubber. Cheers L-zr
  14. Donic true carbon inner

I dressed it and bounced a little bit. I doesn't feel super fast to me. Maybe a tiny bit faster than my Nittaku S-CZ. But thats not certain. I was planning to put grip tape on it to increase the handle size, but then I found another blade with a large handle. This will be my bat for next season...
  15. Forehand rubber if dhs hurricane 3 provincial 39 (purple packaging) is my backhand

Less tacky for sure, but that goes for most other rubbers too. I think the current tackiness is perfect. The relative deterioration rate is lower. This gives the impression of longer lasting. I have now used one for 11 months, it’s still very grippy but the sponge seems to finally have given up...
  16. Suggestion about Blade and rubber choices

Yes somewhere on this site, but maybe it’s easier to Google it… Cheers L-zr
  17. Forehand rubber if dhs hurricane 3 provincial 39 (purple packaging) is my backhand

It is super slow compared to ESN rubbers… Cheers L-zr
  18. Forehand rubber if dhs hurricane 3 provincial 39 (purple packaging) is my backhand

H3 on FH… On Backhand I have used. - 729 Dragon F medium hard. Faster than H3, almost linear, not too hard. - Donic Accuda S2. Some catapult but not too much regarding its an ESN rubber. Faster than 729 Dragon F. - Xiom Vega Europe. An easy to play rubber but too soft for me - Rakza 7. Lots...
