  1. Just tried ZJK ZLC, why don't people like ZLC?

It felt nice was not hampering my play too much I could balance of its weaknesess (in this case cope with speed it provides me and use my body to provide more power from far far far behind the table) (in that order) Actually I ordered Vodak as a direct copy of No.1 Senso, because i could not...
  2. Just tried ZJK ZLC, why don't people like ZLC?

I've been there, done that. For me it was counter productive (my collection was V14 pro, Joola Zelebro PBOC, Gambler Fire Dragon touch, Virutoso, and countless inner fiber blades). But after I got Vodak Horejsi Custom Hajto Turbo Edition and Donic Ovtcharov Number One Senso (darn, those long...
  3. Just tried ZJK ZLC, why don't people like ZLC?

Not every single blade of the same archetype play the same despite similar construction. I.e. W968 and Butterfly Innerforce ALC....
  4. H3 Change

I would highly suggest trusting your feeling when playing and not internet advice :p If you tried someones setup ask to try it again in a game situation, maybe persuade them to play a single set match with you. If you like then buy it :| TT gear is based on personal taste. If in doubt ask your...
  5. Sandpaper player looking for first sponge rubber paddle

It doesn't matter really. Just get coaching.
  6. Sandpaper player looking for first sponge rubber paddle

Max relates to thickness. You should be fine either way.
  7. Sandpaper player looking for first sponge rubber paddle

I would go then with premade buster with max rubbers.
  8. Just tried ZJK ZLC, why don't people like ZLC?

Have you played long enough that honeymoon syndrome wore off?
  9. Sandpaper player looking for first sponge rubber paddle

That is also decent option. I've heard only good things colestt, but have not tried myself. If you from US you can also check Gambler stuff https://gamblertt.com/shop/. From blades a Zen or Instinct could be decent, did not tried those. From rubbers I've used Burst, Mech-Teck and Volts. The...
  10. Sandpaper player looking for first sponge rubber paddle

Two ak47 and thicker 5 ply or thin 7 ply.
  11. Lifespan of the blades

... For blades you are more likely to get bored of them than breakage... I would just getting whatever you like (if you are an amateur) or whatever coach suggests (if you are trained).
  12. Lifespan of the blades

For us, mere mortals, they last until you smash it into the table.
  13. Can't topspin good with new rubber?

I don't agree with that. Only thing that swing length gives is more distance to accelerate the paddle. I think that the only things that matter are: racket speed how efficiently you can transfer energy / power / the thing (brokenball please help me with which verb to use here) into the ball as...
  14. Can't topspin good with new rubber?

The sponge of your new rubber is much easier to compress. Sponge works similar to a spring in your car. If you have hard linear springs you need more force to compress them. It will take a bigger bump to bottom out the spring than with a softer spring. Now you can imagine what happens with your...
  15. Can't topspin good with new rubber?

I kind of agree and don't agree. This can go both ways. Don't change equipment unless you have a concrete need. You hit through the rubber every single time you hit with 50% of your capacity? You might want to change. Your rubber is slippery in your conditions? You might want to change. You...
  16. Tibhar MX-D

    Any thoughts?
  17. Tibhar MX-D

Any news on this one? Has any member used it so far?
  18. Is Fang Bo Carbon worth it?

Agreed. It is one of those blades which allow you to smack more force on FH. You gotta lay on it tho.
  19. Interesting experience with Bluefire...

I think that the closest one is Shore O, but due to nature of these scales, I don't think you can really convert them from one to another. The tools to measure the thing are different and thas same materials will respond different.
