Koki Niwa was using T25 for a bit on fh. I think it is the best Tenergy for smash and hit, the fast pimple structure makes the trajectory very straightforward and stable. T25FX is also the mildest and easiest Tenergy to use second to T19 imo

They'll probably only sell it in Japan and Korea, the only two regions that have any major interest in 44mm ball game. Its impossible to find any largeball specific equipment in the US because no one plays it here. I also doubt that 9 out of 10 clubgoers in the US even know about the 44mm ball...

You could rough up the handle with some sandpaper or add a single wraparound of grip tape in the middle of the handle

Pluto has a softer topsheet but it doesn't spin as well. Easier to hit with though. I'd also check out Butterfly Challenger Attack if you can find it. Its a soft and easygoing rubber that is very versatile

Dawei 388C-1 is more of a medium pip but it's a lot easier to chop with vs short pips

Infinity just didn't have that same flex feeling as Korbel, but I do think it is good with Hurricane

Gewo Codexx 52 is basically the same rubber, if you can still find it.

Infinity is quite stiff and hard for a 5 ply, Korbel is thinner feeling and more flexible

This is how they come. Just beware of shrinking if you take the rubber off after some usage

iirc this is essentially what the Nittaku Hurricane 3 Pro Turbo Orange is. A very hard G1-style sponge with Hurricane topsheet. I think if Hurricane topsheet had a normal hardness G1 sponge underneath it, it would be too soft for the topsheet for me

DHS blades have larger surfaces with a longer designed headshape, there's just more blade to flex that way

Its not quite the same but I think the Stiga Mantra Pro H might be what you're looking for. Coming from G1 I eventually settled on Hurricane after trying several other nontacky rubbers but Pro H is one of the nontacky options that I quite like

Its a good rubber for offense, for sure. Fast and with good spin. Easy to use on either side but if you are not familiar with springy Tensor rubbers it might take a bit to get used to.

If anything sealing a blade would make it feel harder and crispier, not duller or more hollow. You might just have gotten a bad one

Idk about 9. But GA8 47.5 is faster than R7 for sure
