  1. Tibhar Hybrid MK PRO

Great, I’m a big fan of hybrid MK, let’s see what hybrid MK pro is all about. Cheers L-zr
  2. Tibhar Hybrid MK PRO

A little hard for BH, don't You think ? I would use this on FH, if anything The regular Hybrid MK is not too bouncy and I think this one should be even less of that.... Cheers L-zr
  3. Tibhar Hybrid MK PRO

Harder sponge, top sheet probably the same. Pro is a little faster and has worse control rating. Spin is equal, this implies the same top sheet. Cheers L-zr
  4. Best alternative to Stiga DNA Platinum M (47'5)

Sorry but I have to disagree, In my book Tenergy05 (and FX) are the two most spin sensitive rubbers on the market. This has to do with the catapult and the grip which Tenergy has a lot more of. If You take T05FX it also has softness which will add even further to this equation. I can play...
  5. Best alternative to Stiga DNA Platinum M (47'5)

Exactly my point, You can't live without a short game... T05 FX is even worse in that sense. Cheers L-zr
  6. Best alternative to Stiga DNA Platinum M (47'5)

It’s a great BH rubber and nothing like Tenenergy 05. T05 is unable uncontrollable beast where Z2 is nicely behaved with a decent amount of spin and catapult. Cheers L-zr
  7. A little bit greasy topsheet - can i clean it?

It’s possible but avoid any cleaners. Cheers L-zr
  8. A little bit greasy topsheet - can i clean it?

It will be lost anyway but a little slower, but from what I hear new H3’s only have a fraction of the tackiness it used to have. Cheers L-zr
  9. A little bit greasy topsheet - can i clean it?

Plain water, a little goes a long way and don't put the protection on until completely dry. Cheers L-zr
  10. How long protective film lasts?

Yep, I find that sticky rubbers need to be completely dry for the stickiness to return. For non stickies I think it doesn't matter much. Cheers L-zr
  11. Losing pretty instead of winning ugly

You got that wrong my friend, the important part is to have fun... Cheers L-zr
  12. A little bit greasy topsheet - can i clean it?

I doubt it, but I do know one thing and that is they kill the stickiness on tacky rubbers. I also use a cleaner on normal rubbers but only 1 time out of 3 or so. Cheers L-zr
  13. A little bit greasy topsheet - can i clean it?

Its probably Your grip spray that is to blame. Use plain water often instead. Cheers L-zr
  14. Losing pretty instead of winning ugly

I simply don't care much. I get mad if I play bad regardless if I win or loose. The training is so structured and are rarely touching areas where I want to get better. Therefore I use matches for this purpose instead. My partners just want to play matches so even on trainer less sessions I...
  15. How to be a topspin machine

The body position is the key to powerful FH shots, but you know this already. I find that backing away from the table a little bit give me more time to position myself. My favorite scenario is when we play hard shots from position 2 (mid distance). Then there is more time to get into position...
  16. Sealing in blades

I use linseed oil on the handle and any old varnish on the rest. It works excellent. Cheers L-zr
  17. Best way to handle slow, high, spinny opening loop?

Those are easy to counter back, I usually return them with a fast drive, sometimes a smash. High speed loops are more difficult, here a block may be necessary. And also on BH, where I don’t have as much power, if it’s not too far out and very slow I may pivot, otherwise I try to place it in a...
  18. New order from Dandoy, delivered in record time !

I can’t compare it with Rakza Z, I have one waiting though. But the decline is not as rapid as with Bloom power. One reason is probably because it is not nearly as tacky, but it keeps a good grip longer and the speed is very consistent through out its life. But I don’t boost it. Cheers L-zr
  19. New order from Dandoy, delivered in record time !

Well, the blade I put H3 prov on is significantly faster than the one I used for Bloom power. Both were boosted. On top of this the H3 prov is as expensive as an “ESN” rubber…. For me, Tibhar hybrid MK does everything better. The commercial ones that comes at a lower price point is a...
  20. New order from Dandoy, delivered in record time !

I got a couple of these new “unsticky” prov H3’s. I have one of them on my Nittaku basalt blade and it’s not very impressive at all… So I will keep looking. My best option right now is Tibhar hybrid MK, but it’s expensive… Cheers L-zr
