Have not tried them but I have heard good things about the Mizuno Q series.

Not sure about Neottec, but Mizuno rubbers are made by Sumitomo

My PG2 has a bigger handle than Fang Bo. I assume the 301 is more like Fang Bo and the Long 5 is more like the PG. PG2/3 handle is similar to Hurricane King

I have an innerforce ZLC knockoff off of aliexpress that plays pretty well, I'd need to do some more testing with it though. It feels in the same general vein as my Fang Bo carbon

There is a specific brand called Three-Nine (三-九) that produced rubbers, namely their own 999, which is not associated with the Globe line of 999 rubbers:

I cant find any Three-Nine rubbers on the LARC so I don't think they are ITTF approved anymore. I tried it once and wasn't terribly impressed with it, I preferred the Globe 999 national because the sponge felt better, but the Three-Nine was definitely stickier.

Utilizing the ignore feature to handily deal with all the recent spam posts, if there are quite a few recent posts from ignored users, there are no currently discussed topics from non-ignored users that show up on the front page.

The real question is why they feel the need to sell Dignics at the price they do. And I'm sure the rubbers are formulated to have different performance than just slapping a softer sponge underneath the same topsheet, otherwise they would make them into FX versions and sell them for the same...
