Don’t forget where you hit the ball, You should hit it somewhat forward of your body. Further back will very often result in stroke #1 above. Also you body should lean forward, absolutely not backward. Cheers L-zr

It’s walking up a staircase with platforms and some downward steps, you are most likely improving. All of a sudden you are going to take another step up the staircase. Sometimes you stay a long time on the same level and sometimes even take a brief step down. Cheers L-zr

Short pips means more speed and less spin, which also means less spin sensitivity. If you don’t rely on spin it may be a good option. Cheers L-zr

I have 2 gripes about sticky rubbers. 1. It’s a dust magnet. 2. The stickiness usually disappear quick. Except for this no problem. Cheers L-zr

Clean with water or cleaner after every session. I don’t use any protectors I just put the bat in the case. Every once in a while I use a reconditioner. If you want to use protectors I would use non sticky. Cheers L-zr
