  1. Nagasaki: "I've never liked table tennis that much to begin with..." (#1169)

You too make me chuckle. I've spent all these years following the progress of Hayata and I told you at the start of the selection (05/05/2022 at 1:01pm) that she needed more titles (not medals, and ideally getting through multiple CNT players that Harimoto and Mizutani also concur) to be on...
  2. Nagasaki: "I've never liked table tennis that much to begin with..." (#1169)

You make me chuckle. Once again, this coming from the very one who can only find faults with the CNT for putting in the manpower and resources. What else do you know other than pulling rank? Go sign up for a coaching position at CTTTA or SATTB and do something about it already than complain...
  3. Sabine Winter switches to antispin

Most inverted rubbers on premades and some cheap Chinese rubbers turn into anti after a short time.
  4. Nagasaki: "I've never liked table tennis that much to begin with..." (#1169)

Hey pingpongpaddy, no one is forcing you to come into my thread and read it. Feel free to ignore me. Give me a break of your fits.
  5. Nagasaki: "I've never liked table tennis that much to begin with..." (#1169)

As a follow-up to your last post, Mizutani has offered his criticism on the performance Hayata, Hirano and Harimoto at Paris 2024. He actually praised Hirano for almost making the comeback in the WS QF and criticized Hayata for missing that FH at 9:5 of G5 in the WT F and Harimoto for faltering...
  6. Nagasaki: "I've never liked table tennis that much to begin with..." (#1169)

Look up defame before you use that word. What I am doing is offer my own observation and criticism in my OWN thread. It is you that is arrogant by barging in to my thread lecturing me without any of your own insights.
  7. Koki Niwa has been referred to prosecutors

Mizutani never got into trouble for his "男女トラブル" because of his status. He actually got the dude that tried to extort him arrested. Yoshimura M. wasn't as lucky.

Now we're talking. Because it's easier/quicker to learn/master. For someone who has played inverted all her life, in order to achieve her goal within a year, the most logical option to make the transition is anti, which is still closer to inverted rubber than non-inverted rubber.
  9. Nagasaki: "I've never liked table tennis that much to begin with..." (#1169)

This coming from someone who couldn't notice the severity and the prognosis of Hayata's injury. Yet again, I feel sorry for your students.

Then feel free to chill up (chill out and cheer up) or zip up. The exit is there.

She actually admitted she kept getting into arguments with Matsuzaki and she felt restrained. I bet only her mom can cope with her from now on. 「卓球が面白くなくなって」伊藤美誠が明かす“パリ五輪選考”へのジレンマ「小学生に勝っても中国人選手に勝ってもポイント同じは変だなと…」 https://number.bunshun.jp/articles/-/862159?page=3

The problem is you have not shown any insights as a coach and yet you have been pulling rank here. Once and for all, I couldn't care less. Tell me your thoughts on what she could do better as a coach or as a player and see if your perspectives are in agreement with what other coaches and...

He must have thought it was akin to online pachinko, which is Japan's gambling grey area.

I'm not talking about the UFO shot. At the start of the video, you can see she does a looping-like stroke with her anti, the one after the first chop-block, with a lot of hitting and brushing motion. That stroke is kinda like the 刮, a term reserved for longpips looping with a ton of hitting...
  15. Sabine Winter switches to antispin

The video shows/proves that her anti rubber, if it is of the so-called "modern" variety, is not friction-less if she could loop with it like that.
  16. Sabine Winter switches to antispin

Note that I wrote "traditional antis". If so-called modern antis were so good, we should see way more of them than long pips.
  17. Sabine Winter switches to antispin

Anti has much weaker disruption and spin reversal (or spin continuation as some would prefer). Traditional antis play like really dead inverted rubbers with very little grip (but you can still put some spin on the ball if you hit really hard) so they still behave closer to inverted rubbers than...

小盒和早田两次决赛谁分析一下 (Who can analyze the two [Zennihon Takkyu] finals between Little Harimotoo and Hayata?) https://tieba.baidu.com/p/9448305441 柏林影d咏春 小盒这两次决赛都被早田零封,是什么原因。 (Why was it that...

If it were that easy, the WR should've been flooded with anti players. Anti is actually the hardest combination style to survive (let alone thrive) on the world stage now.
