  1. Yasaka Dynamix rubber advice

Incorrect, I have plenty of control, With a linear rubber I will not get the “innerforce effect”, no thank you, this is perfect. Cheers L-zr
  2. Pushing

    1) Push a slow backspin. 2) I would rather attempt a chop here. 3) Yes if its backspin. If it is top spin I would try to counter with a top spin. Again a defensive player would attempt a chop.
  3. Yasaka Dynamix rubber advice

Maybe Your overdoing it (11 wood + 6 carbon), probably super stiff... Anyway, I play with a Primorac Carbon (One of Buttefly's fastest) and I am using Rakza 7 soft to low it down. This blade has a very different design (3 wodd + 2 carbon) so I don't really know but that blade would be very very...
  4. Rubber on premade bat

Dont know much about this blade, but You can save Yourself some money by using some non Butterfly rubber, i.e. Yasaka Rakza 7, there are plenty of other makers too. Cheers L-zr
  5. SDC Handmade Blades

Another beautiful handle, what's the wood type in the dark part ? Cheers L-zr
  6. Stiga DNA future

That’s a good choice. It’s a teeny wheeny bit sticky, but softish. If you want something 100% non sticky you can try Yasaka Mark V. Cheers L-zr Edit: If You are more towards intermediate and want a non sticky You can also try Rakza 7. It's a bit spinnier, faster and bouncier than Mark V, but...

  13. Butterfly Gergely T5000 replacement

I can comment on the Primorac Carbon. Its stiff and fast. It has a 1mm hinoki surface layer on top of 1/2 mm (I think) Tamca 5000 layer and a ~4mm Kiri core. I need to slow it down with a Rakza 7 soft. With this rubber get a kind of "innerforce effect" (Extra slow in the slow game and fast in...
  14. alternative for primorac off- and donic appelgren allplay?

Agree with Kuba… The blades you mention in the heading are perfect for this purpose… Cheers L-zr
  15. Butterfly Gergely T5000 replacement

I don’t know, to compare them against each other you can download butterfly’s blade pdf on their homepage. I can tell you that the primorac catrbon is pretty stiff. One parameter you can use is the thickness, thicker means stiffer. Measure the thickness of your blade and compare. Cheers L-zr
  16. First custom bat, Rakza 7 soft, Stiga DNA future.. Suggestions?

Chosen between these two I would definitely pick Stiga Allround classic with DNA Future. I my world Rakza 7 soft is a specialized rubber and not really suited to beginners. Either of those blades will do fine. (also look at Yasaka Mark V rubber, unnless its too unhip...:-) ) Cheers L-zr
  17. Butterfly Gergely T5000 replacement

Check out BTY Garaydia T5000, Amultart, Sardius or Primorac Carbon. All are pretty stiff. Cheers L-zr
  18. Thoughts on this setup?

There are 2 sides to this (always is...). I am going back and forth on this subject. Currently I prefer a fast blade with a slow rubber. The limiting factor for me with to fast blades is the slow game. I want to feel comfortable there. To do this I need for the ball to stay on the blade a little...

You have to make up Your own mind...
  20. What is STIGA Cybershape?

It's a great great shape, just make the upper middle edges a little rounder, maybe I'll ask hipnotic to build me a blade like that.... Its too fast for most buyers, and the price is whoaahh..., I'll think I pass, but the shape... hmmm... Cheers L-zr
