Yup. With my Hao 2 5-ply wood with H3, I could feel the ball "stays" much longer when I serve. ANd it's true the service is very short and spinny.

I've played both Vis and FZD ALC, huge difference. I don't know how Butterfly made FZD ALC feels so soft with the same composition to Vis. But agree the 1-ply hinoki is a MUST TRY!! It was my first love which I can never forget

I already compared D09C and T05H in the previous post. Both are excellent in short game is because Spring sponge (T05H) is less bouncy than Spring sponge X (D09C). But because the hardness is similar, when hit through T05H achieves higher speed (non tacky). Nothing beats H3 in serve, short game...

I’ve only tried Omega China which is disappointing. The grip is worse than the cheaper Vega China. I would still like to try K3 Pro and see. If money is not an issue D09C is my fav BH rubber.

Agree. Good thing about 1857 is he usually paid ex CNT or at least provincial team members to test. So that carries a bit more weight
