  1. Ch.pen blade

Yasaka Ma Lin extra is still a very good blade, enough for mid to far distance. They just released a black tag version with a whopping weight of 95g. This version aims for much more powerful shots
  2. If you can gain one attribute of Ma Long . . . .

My pick is his ability to stand up after numerous failures
  3. If you can gain one attribute of Ma Long . . . .

The attribute could be a skill or anything. What's in your mind? ;)
  4. Rubber for chinese loop technique

I would choose Battle II over H3. The new H3 is hardly tacky. It has become very non-linear. Control is terrible. Battle II has much better consistency and control despite slightly less spinny. Dianchi D is a underrated great rubber. For $28 USD it outperforms Neo H3 provincial in control...
  5. Favorite to win 2024 Olympics?

WCQ has the strength and power of Wang Liqin and the flexibility and footwork of Xu Xin. His potential could exceed that of Ma Long tbh. That’s why I am really worried FZD will get beaten by WCQ in Paris.
  6. Cured of EJ!

Is OP’s EJ virus still kept at bay?
  7. Help choosing bh rubber for penhold

If you have the money, go for D64 at 1.9mm. Otherwise Vega Europe, TG3-60 are affordable soft rubbers with great control.
  8. Can someone give me some advice

Harder feeling but much higher ceiling for speed and spin. Make sure you use your leg to power the rotation of your body.

    Thanks. What match was that?
  10. What’s the difference between DHS Skyline TG2 and TG3?

TG2 excels in service and short game as well as third ball attack.
  11. What’s the difference between DHS Skyline TG2 and TG3?

Long time bug fan of Skyline 2. The difference lies in the pimple structure. TG2 has shorter thicker pimples while TG3 has thinner and taller pimples. It means TG2 feels dead when stroke is compact and moderate. TG3 is faster with compact stroke. But the max speed and spin ceiling is...

Is your H3 the new non-tacky or the old tacky one? Is it commercial or provincial?

    The commercial non-Neo H3
  14. Favorite to win 2024 Olympics?

Every champion has the ability to adapt to every single style of play and deploy appropriate tactics. I feel like WCQ has very solid techniques but show weakness in adapting. In WCQ vs Zhou Qihao 2nd game, WCQ was leading 10-4 and Zhou was able to win 6 points in a row. In fact Zhou did short...
  15. Rubber for chinese loop technique

Without breaking your wallet, the most consistent among the DHS rubbers is Neo Skyline 3 (TG3). It’s slightly faster than H3 but the smaller pimple structures = clear feel. Don’t buy the ones without sponge hardness get a 39 degree sponge and you will like it.

Good idea. My $17 old tacky H3 has better control and feel than the $35 new non-tacky provincial H3.

for those that love the old tacky as hell H3, I found a channel for it. I bought a few commercial H3 from ttnpp. The topsheet js very shiny. After a few hours of play, the ball can stay on the sheet for more than 3 seconds. I bought some provincial H3 from them and will let you know if they...

I should’ve said this first. The H3 37 I used is the special soft provincial version which costs $40USD. High quality and more clarity than the usual provincial. For some strange reason, FZD ALC gives me a softer feel on BH vs my new W968. In terms of hardness: New 968> FZD alc > old 968 I...

In fact I've tried it on my FZD ALC, a big NO. For some reasons it felt so mushy and lacking feeling. It goes perfectly well on my newer W968, not my old W968.

H3 37 needs a solid blade to handle. It’s a great rubber which I have played on my W968. Soft or flexible blade is not compatible
