  3. China Smash 2024, Beijing, 9/26-10/6

Provided nothing has changed, $1300 is the minimum prize for 1st qualification round/QR64 of singles and should cover the expense for most players around the world. WTT has stopped listing the prize money breakdown in the 2024 handbook (likely the same moving forward) and only the prize money...
  4. China Smash 2024, Beijing, 9/26-10/6

JTTA has itself to blame as well. Too poor to host a GS (1000 million JPY ~ 7 million USD in 2022). They haven't done enough of their part for WTT. That's not much better than DTTB. Both of them were very quick to criticize, and for the latter, even sabotage the WTT...

  7. China Smash 2024, Beijing, 9/26-10/6

It has nothing to do with the commercial nature of WTT events. CCY's case is different as it has nothing to do with NER and his spot did go to a TPE player. The main draw of WTT GS is limited to the top 50 (Automatic Entry). Who else were qualified at time of entry other than LYJ, Kao...

  16. Advice for my terrible receive

Even if OP can read the spin, his strokes on either side, especially the BH, are simply not solid enough to handle those long serves. Yet again, multiball is the fastest and easiest way to solidify (AKA fix) them.
