  1. 2021 Chinese WTT Trials and Olympic Simulation

Well if that’s true, Stiga has only Xu Xin left. He will likely retire in 1-2 years. The competition in tt gears will be over soon. Not good for consumers!
  2. Questions regarding rubbers' durability.

As a long term H3 user, my H3 becomes unusable after 6-9 months. I play 1-2 a week. 3 months will have minimal effect on it
  3. Darker Blades – H3Neo compatibility?

I'd played with Darker Speed 90 (10.5mm) for a few years. I played TG2, H3 and TG3 on it and it worked really well. I am a penhold player. Hinoki wood is very flexible. As the thickness increases, Hinoki wood has a strong repulsive effect. The repulsive effect pushes the ball FORWARD. A 5-ply...
  4. Carbon Penhold Blade - Recommendations for Beginner?

What do you do with your BH? Traditional push or RPB? Taksim is 7mm thick, not suitable for RPB. Viscaria has a penholder version. You can get it from Prott.vip. Ovtcharov True carbon is a 5.5mm thick carbon blade. Extremely good control with high spin. Stiga Intensity NCT can be just as...
  5. Advantages tacky hybird rubbers

I've played tacky hybrid rubbers before. I play K1, K1 plus and Golden Tango. They are much easier to play than H3 boosted. I am emphasise that boosted H3 is not that hard to play at all. But still, hybrid rubber requires less effort to attack. Due to the porous sponge, they are also lighter...
  6. Fan Zhendong vs Student

I would be lucky to get 1 points out of 4 sets of Fan 🤣
  7. Ma Long vs Liu Guoliang

Amazing. Two legends from two generations.
  8. BH rubber for RPB

Yeah I am thinking about it. A light weight will help me to recover faster during power loop.
  9. BH rubber for RPB

I have read a lot today. I am considering Spinpip red. But not sure the difference between Red and 21.
  10. BH rubber for RPB

Have you tried any of the spinpip?
  11. BH rubber for RPB

Thanks for your reply. T64 is a very good BH rubber. But it's expensive and my fingers tend to slide on its smooth surface. I tried Spectol 1.5mm. It reduced my racket's weight significantly and my fingers grip much better. So I just wonder if Spinpips or other TSP short pips work well.
  12. BH rubber for RPB

I've been playing penhold for a long time. In the last two years I have played TG3-60 on my BH with H3 41 on FH. I have two blades - Dynasty carbon (main) and Ovtcharov true carbon (backup). I am a FH oriented player. I play a lot of mid distance FH loop. I play block and chop with my BH. I...
  13. World Table Tennis Contender Doha 2021

Covid cases are increasing significantly in Qatar. Hopefully they will keep it under control.
  14. TTD Team Speed Gun Challenge

Haha they should’ve slapped on a Spectol Blue max!!
  15. Just curious how many Penholders are on TTD?

We are lucky that we clubs are up and running in New Zealand. I recently got a 2nd hand Dynasty Carbon Cpen with H3 BS 41 degree on fh, TG3 boosted on BH.
  16. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

The black balsa would only be suitable for one-sided penhold play. I’ve never tried any balsa blade. I wonder what the feel is like.
  17. Sanwei Target Pro Blue

I agree with you. STN is great for control play. The spin and speed is worse than commercial H3
  18. Butterfly Tenergy 19

Haha nicely put. I only use T64 as I never use Butterfly rubber on FH. Too bouncy, not enough spin and too expensive.
  19. Butterfly Tenergy 19

Hmm . . . . they already have T05, T05H, D05 as the fastest rubber while 09C has the highest spin. I wonder what purpose T19 serves
