  2. How to Improve My Backhand?

1hour video of kreanga training. You can also see how he play a safe counter @7:40
  3. Help me to fix my FH loop :/

This is not about the OP: just because somebody does not miss, doesn´t mean he has perfect or good technique. For me i have a pretty safe forehand but sometimes i am not happy with my speed or spin. So technique falls apart sometimes. On the other hand If you look at pros and slow down their...
  4. How to Improve My Backhand?

No i would say copy kreanga as close as possibly he probably has the best backhand ever with, Fan Zehndong, Zang Jike, Lin Shidong. All of them Start from the side of the body. The blade starts at the left side of the body, the blade endes at the left side of the torso. This is a modern forehand...
  5. Opinion on zyre, tenergy 05 , dignics 09c and nuzn/rasanter rubbers?

T05 very fast easy to generate spin amd speed but hardest to control. I.e blocks, playing short service and recive but all that is a skill and can be trained D09c best for short play, recieve, service and counter attacking. D05 Fast top spins, attacking. Great overall rubber but worse then...
  6. Koki Niwa ZC Inner (New 2025)

Bump Did anyone try the blade yet
  7. SOLD

ah ok thank you. Got it. So higher more like viscaria, lower more like a soft all wood.
  8. 🅲🅰🅽🅳🅸🅳 🅲🅰🅼🅴🆁🅰 to reveal Chinese cheaters

Maybe his rubbers where to thick after boosting, and when he changed blades his back up blade had probably the same issue
  9. SOLD

whats that? never heard of it? Would also be interested in the blade. What version is it?
  10. FH loop - do I brush on the top or side?

Hahahah Maybe with proper technique. I have seen people do trex armes and just play side spin. They were around 2000 USATT.
  11. FH loop - do I brush on the top or side?

You can do both. Giving just top spin is the "clean" one but in a match or against top spin it can be better to give it a bit side spin. Being able to do both can be important.
  12. Help to Choose a Carbon Blade ( Preferrably Butterfly)

No they feel different. The small changes add up. It might not be different like a all wood to a carbon blade but different.
  13. Looking for a new setup

what dou you mean by defense at the table, so just blocking? A good set up is one that you like and feels good for you. Vega Europe is a good rubber, if you like it stick with it.
  14. Looking for a new Backhand Rubber

Maybe rozena, it´s a tamed t05 or glaycer, bit harder rubber closer D05 and very controllable. And both rubber have the Butterfly feeling. If you want sticky and even more controll maybe Glaycer 09c. I play the same style as you but at 1500 ttr so maybe 1700 USATT, and i use rozena its very...
  15. How good is prime WCQ vs prime ZJK, ML?

Xu xin is closer to ma long, zjang jike, fan zehndong then wcq is to xu xin. Xu xin would be one of the greats if he would have been allowed to play olymipc singles. When he was world No.1 beat Ma Long 4:0 in the German open finals he still wasn't selected. True in todays game WCQ he's...
  16. Hybrid rubbers with the most balanced properties

Best hybrid is D09c and its not even close.
  17. What should i do?

Yes very important. Dust leaves ugly bumps after you glue it.
  18. Equipment Advice

Have to agree with K.K If you don´t have time to train a big set up change is not the way to go. I would not recommend T05 if blocks and passiv game is hard for you it´s harder to control then D05. You could also try a innercarbon fibre blade like Innerforce ALC S. Very good touch but has more...
