It's definitely a Wenge wood. I have heard that formally elsewhere from Nexy.

Nothing you said addressed the point I made. And since I said he lacks variation, that is the same thing as your saying it is mental and strategy. Fan Zhendong can make up for his relative lack of variation with his ability to move and be extremely consistent. If you think LJK is as fast as...

He doesn't have variation and he is not as fast as Fan Zhendong so his forehand is worse. He is right now in many ways just a lower level Fan Zhendong. I think he needs to lose weight like Fan has.

That's apples to oranges. Ma Long was first team on CNT when people said he struggled internationally. It was an extremely subtle statement. Who knows, maybe he would still be struggling if we were still using the celluloid ball...:p

I have seen a lot of people play and I am not talking about technical play per se as so much as an understanding of what constitutes an effective game. I don't see any reason other than the quality of people you may regularly practice against that prevents you from being 2000 USATT. I am not...

I know you play for fun, but the lack of discipline and structure in your game is too evident. The easiest ball to serve short and low is heavy backspin. I know many penholders don't like doing it, but some of the heaviest side backspin serves I have ever dealt with come from penholders. So...

I would blame the blade more than the glue but that's me. I used my hands like 42abp recommended for a long time. On another blade of the same type, the outer ply chipped off. I have seen rubber cement do the same thing to a Gergely. But that was because the rubber wasn't changes for a...

Lots of decent level players used rubbers like Calibra Sound or T05FX. Those are probably medium too. The point is that even if pros use something, it doesn't mean you have to, especially when there a pros and good players who use soft rubbers. FX-P is not a hard rubber and before that...

True. I usually see the concept of playing penhold without a coach who plays penhold or has a deep knowledge of the grip as ice skating uphill but if you enjoy It, by all means do it since this is a hobby.

Tell that to Emmanuel Lebesson.

Play and practice with more spin. The lower the amount ofspin you play with, the easier it is for you to struggle with small changes to the ball and environment. Too many players try to practice hitting the ball for winners in matches but I got better when I started learning to spin the ball...

Sure...

They may have been unforced but listening to Timo's racket when he played Vladi and Dima, the silence was deafening and I think the spin was on another level.

He didn't call chief a chopper, he was trying to place how good the chopper was in the context of his contemporaries (people of the same age)...

Now it sounds like Karis M.

Kinda weird that people are hyping up past losers on this thread... I guess the results speak for themselves.

I was arguing that way because I am not convinced that Xiom is marketing and selling them as distinct versions that should be simultaneously available on the market with the player being the one to choose. And I have seen people say things which they planned but for a variety of reasons turned...

I searched the store and I could only find the DF version. Obviously, you missed my point but it is okay. http://www.pingpongonline.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&zenid=3f44d26b3e4e0e801e2a5e1212961169&keyword=Xiom+Omega+V+tour

I didn't ever doubt they existed, so I don't think you got my point at all. What I doubted was that Xiom marketed them deliberately as different products or as simultaneously sold options. The DF was a quiet minor enhancement to the original that completely replaced it, probably a marketing...

I disagree. Unless it is written somewhere, it could be an error of memory - langel, who is an Xiom groupie thinks differently and there is no reason to believe his memory is worse than an Xiom exec without independent confirmation. Moreover, the original point made was that even if the...
