Right, choose between the ultimate bad guy, or the good guy that everyone hates? :P haha

Well I mean it's not ITTF's responsibility, it's USATT's and really the bottom line is that it needs enough infrastructure and resources in place to have the foundations of a professional sport. In my opinion at the very least that requires a national training center and some form of...

Bad luck indeed, hope I get a nice carbon fibre stake to be burned on when they catch me lol

Actually I'm not interested in working with ITTF, quite happy where I am, but thanks for implying that I'm a sellout. What's wrong with saying blessed and humbled? Thomas Weikert is a busy man, he doesn't have to sit down and take the time to answer my questions, why does showing a bit of...

Had a great opportunity to talk with ITTF President Thomas Weikert, I asked some questions on the progress of ITTF and what his plans and vision are moving forward, and then was blessed and humbled for him to respond to my question regarding the relationship between him and former ITTF President...

Ladies and Gents the WVC will be livestreamed from 3:45pm PST today (Saturday) and also tomorrow. 10 tables will be streamed LIVE starting from the Round of 16 singles! https://www.teamusa.org/USA-Table-Tennis/Features/2018/June/22/2018-World-Veteran-Championships-Saturday-LIVE-Video-Streaming

Visa problems and injuries have definitely been an issue for attendance. Right now the entries are holding just below 4,000. Still the event broke the record for the highest number of participating countries, so it's going to be a stunner!

Incorrect, I'm not suggesting anything towards the ITTF, none of what I said was directed towards them. What I said was that the youtubers don't approach the ITTF until ITTF put their foot down on the copyrights. If youtubers are passionate about promoting table tennis and want to use ITTF...

No I work for USA Table Tennis not the ITTF

If the channel owners who are so passionate about promoting table tennis entered into dialogue with the ITTF in the beginning and offered to help I'm sure they would gladly accept, there are many people who could contribute to making ITTF channel much better than it is, but they don't. The only...

You all copy video from the ITTF without any permission from the organization, it's video that costs thousands of dollars to produce and stream live and there are individuals all around the world who rip that content for a free ride. As someone who works for a National Table Tennis...

Just another creative service practice for working on my down the line and crosscourt serves, helps makes sure I get depth and keep the bounce trajectory long! :)

You have to make at least one trip out to Lily Yip Table Tennis Club in New Jersey, it's about an hour by train and the club is opposite the station :P 22-24 tables, two floors, plenty of decent players.

That's awesome, I love Ma Te he's such a diverse chopper and great to watch. Also Zhu Linfeng is awesome but hasn't had much time out there competing internationally. Most people remember him from his epic superleague rally with Xu Xin a couple of years ago. Nice to see China sending out some...

I had to make sure I used a tape roll just so people knew it was really me ha <iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FMHTableTennisBlog%2Fvideos%2F1835848469768313%2F&show_text=0&width=560" width="560" height="315"...

Ian Marshall has been commentating and writing articles for ITTF for an unbelievably long time and knows an overwhelming amount about the history of ITTF. He has an unbelievable memory of matches and results from world tour and WTTC going back decades, you could call him The Archive. Sure...

Yea as I said above the problem seems to be with the source so not much can be done to fix it

I tried looking at the code for the page and I lifted out the destination link that had been framed in to the page. It seems like the website that was hosting the information previously doesn't exist anymore or the link is broken.

When was the last time you were able to access the page?

It's to do with point stockpiles and expiry, players don't lose points, but only their top 8 results will count and points from events will 'expire'. I believe in the case of Ma Long that despite him gaining points at the World Team Cup, it was less points than he lost when his 2017 Qatar Open...
