  1. Tibhar Infinity MX-P and MX-S will be released on May 11!

I often wonder how one player finds rubber A softer than B and the next sees it the other way round, using the same racket. What I like about their tests, compared to many other YT videos, everyone involved can actually play. But opinions stay subjective on any level.
  2. Dimitri using Timo boll alc

First of all, that´s true. Second, there´s a discussion elsewhere if it´s even an outer or an inner composition. Speculation from bad pictures. Third, it could be any custom blade and Butterfly could be bored to always deliver them with Viscaria grip ;) And fourth, since it´s Ovtcharov it could...
  3. Tibhar Infinity MX-P and MX-S will be released on May 11!

    No. Softer and bouncier.
  4. New Gauzy Synteliac VCI and player experiences

Yes, should be 157 x 152 if it´s identical to the standard VCI
  5. New Gauzy Synteliac VCI and player experiences

Impressive, it´s only 0.2 mm, not sure I´d see it ;)
  6. From Fastarc G1 to Hybrid

No, I never tried Fastarc, except for when I got a pro player version handed down once. But never out of the box to give an insight on durability.
  7. From Fastarc G1 to Hybrid

You should roughly expect the same from NUZN. And that is quite impressive for a hybrid rubber.
  8. Killerspin Stilo svr

Me too. They were probably far ahead of making table tennis look cool and creating desirable objects as coloured tables etc, presented in stylish surroundings. Now they have withdrawn from any serious competitive market. You can still buy a Diamond TC blade with two Fortissimo rubbers as a...
  9. The Pro's Equipment - Discussion!

I think she played with all wood when she was with Victas and picked up carbon after she changed to Andro. So maybe some sort of reset.
  10. Tibhar Hybrid K3 Jade

... would need a separate entry on the LARC. This may of course happen any day now.
  11. GEWO Lineup

That would be a step in a good direction, however it´s not just only the machines but also the technology behind the rubbers, substances used, etc. And if they made their own "Tensor", would they be selling it at an attractive price? We´ll see when they arrive, if they arrive.
  12. Rate the top 40+ balls

Andro Zero T. Hard, constant quality (roundness), on a par with the best DHS (because they probably are pretty much identical).
  13. GEWO Lineup

That´s GEWO for you. Innovations are left to others, but GEWO will have "their version" at some point. I haven´t played with Iconixx, but the whole thing seems to scream NUZN, two years later. However, it seems GEWO is doing the usual of sticking sponges of different hardnesses underneath the...
  14. Calderano and his new equipment

? His trusted HAL was Arylate (no carbon) so why go back even further?
  15. Calderano and his new equipment

No, of course not. But that what is or becomes the marketable product can be individualized in almost any respect. What I meant is that Joola should be able to have his rubbers tweaked as much into what he used before that it shouldn´t matter for him, even if the Xiom and Joola shop version...
  16. Calderano and his new equipment

It really shouldn´t. On that level, it is possible to match the new rubbers to the former ones - which doesn´t mean that the new Joola rubbers are identical to the XIOM rubbers when you buy them in the shop, but his individual composition should be the same. As for the blade, there has certainly...
  17. New Simon Gauzy Signature blade !

I have no insight into the procedures of TTGearLab and how many blades they actually take a look at for testing. It seems like a serious place, though, unless all those "databases" fed by users... Still seems unusual to me that different handles would be used on otherwise pretty much identical...
  18. New Simon Gauzy Signature blade !

Which is not reflected by what andro say on their website, so I am not sure where TTGearLab got the idea. Thicker for the "inner" blades, yes. Otherwise, the difference is 0.5 mm width at the end of the grip.
