  1. Butterfly Primorac + Fastarc G1 + Rozena

fair enough but they are just double layers of hinoki
  2. Inside the Handle - Various blades

A little hint for those who like to experiment with weights in the handles: Use double sided sticky-tape to glue the handles back on before using the actual glue to make it "final".
  3. Butterfly Primorac + Fastarc G1 + Rozena

this should add to the confusion :) 3+2 Hinoki is NOT a clear definition. These 4 blades by SANWEI are all 3+2 Hinoki, some are "outers "and some are "inners" there is soft carbon and hard carbon and also ALC but notice that all are rated attacking blades. PLEASE, I beg you to join the...
  4. SANWEI Hinoki Carbon Series Table Tennis bats.

Thank you, yes, i corrected it. I also found 2 Hinoki blades from XVT, one with soft carbon and one with ALC. I should have bought the one with the soft carbon but (please don't tell anybody) I do not like the handle so i bought the ALC-version. The 2 outer Hinoki layers are quite...
  5. SANWEI Hinoki Carbon Series Table Tennis bats.

Wow, I thought the HC-1S with the ALC might be the pocket rocket of the four. For myself I gather the HC -5 might be best with just 2 layers of soft carbon it comes closest to my Razer L8, at least on paper.
  6. SANWEI Hinoki Carbon Series Table Tennis bats.

Now , as I have become very comfortable with my multilayered Hinoki blade I tried to buy a spare but the Lazer L8 is out of production. I found the Sanwei Hinoki series, 4 Hinoki blades all with different layers, core woods and also ranging from a layer of soft carbon to ALC. Now before I do...
  7. Dear fellow EJs, give me your (non)wisdom

My thought exactly. It is like a Junky asking the other Junky: " Should I or should I not" ?? Or should i take Heroin or Cocaine ?? It does not matter at all, the real question for any Junky is : "Which one first" ? and this can be simply solved with a coin toss. 😁
  8. sanwei rubber cutter without press

have you made one for left handers ?
  9. sanwei rubber cutter without press

I get this. Sometimes slowly, carefully niggling about is the proper way but when it comes to cutting soft rubbery things often a quick strong kick is the best way
  10. sanwei rubber cutter without press

can it not damage the wood ?????
  11. Hinoki ZLC

I would not bother. After playing with several "combi-blades" I dismissed them as a fad. I still play a DHS Hurricane G which is a great fast blade but really it is the different rubbers we have on both sides that makes 95 % of the difference .
  12. HELP!

If you decide to sand back the sealant it should be done using a "block". There is nothing wrong with these blades.
  13. Different set up for different types of venue?

I agree with this system. (Says the man who owns about a dozen different setups 😂)
  14. Why do pros risk tossing the ball outside the 30 degree window?

.....and after 75 you just want peace and quiet 🤣
  15. BH receive against spinny serve

Aim at something, don't just play the ball back
  16. Wondering about heavy backside rubbers - Which are there?

for this ever so true sentence you just won the "Understatement of the month award."😂
  17. A bit of a weird one

but we can cut off the part of the protective cover that normally goes over the bottom part with the scriptures. After that a little Alcohol -Swab will do the cleaning
  18. What happened?

where is the evidence that FZD boosted these rubbers ??? Maybe he got those rubbers from the factory or supplier and thought to himself: "Shit , they look a bit fat, I better measure them
  19. What happened?

Also the photo of a very young FZD measuring the thickness of a rubber was nasty and Igor keeps hacking into the Chinese players
  20. Sore muscle in the shoulder after training sessions.

could also be some tendons instead of muscle. Get a really good physiotherapist to check it .
