  1. Advice for my terrible receive

Take a small step back when you have trouble receiving the serves. It will hopefully give you the time you need to make a better receive.
  2. Help with rubbers

Yinhe - Big Dipper 38 or 39deg would fit you nicely. For something a little bit softer and with a higher arc, check out 729 - Dragon F.
  3. Help for a new blade.

729 Dragon S1 or Sanwei Parla might be good, fairly cheap blades in this area :)
  4. Looking for an extremely tacky rubber.

    729 - Battle Max Pro perhaps. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1130871841046012
  5. Pairing Rubbers to Blades...

I believe that a rubber with a harder sponge works better together with a harder, stiffer blade, giving the combined feedback of them both. A hard sponged rubber on a softer 5-ply wooden blade isn't optimal I think, and a too soft sponged rubber on a fast carbon blade could be tough to handle as...
  6. Friendship 729 battle 3

No. I have a sales agent at a 729'ish sales department.
  7. DHS rubber or Chinese rubber similar to Tenergy 25fx

729 - Presto Max Speed might be a substitute.
  8. Help with forehand topspin

Yes. In the direction you hit the ball, to create more power together with your torso and arm.
  9. Help with forehand topspin

Your right leg. You need to get the power from it, like pushing away when jumping. The leg together with your torso, arm and wrist will have to move simultaneously to give you the speed and power you need for looping.
  10. Inner Fiber Dilemma.

The HC-1S should be a really controllable, offensive blade. I have played with HC-5S a bit and I guess these are quite similar...? So when you play shots using full body/arm movement, slow and fast, the bat is working great? But when you more like use your wrist for minor swing shots and...
  11. Back in the game, but need advice

Check out some more linear rubbers like 729 - Presto Max Spin, 729 - Focus III Snipe, Yinhe - Mercury III Euro or 729 - Aurora Max. These are soft to medium soft and will help you in keeping the ball on the table.
  12. The beginning of a journey...

A bat with Sanwei - Accumulator S and Sanwei - T88 III Training rubbers 2-pack would be absolutely great for you to learn all technique from the beginning, and it wont make the ball bounce away too much. Accumulator S is an allround+ blade and you can use that for a long time, just changing the...
  13. Yinhe rubber for beginner?

Check out Yinhe Mercury III Euro or Yinhe Mars III Euro, for nice untacky, soft rubbers. For a total beginner check out Yinhe 9000 Training rubber 2-pack. It's absolutely enough to start with.
  14. Dignics 05 alternatives

Joola - Dynaryz Inferno or AGR
  15. Little glue on sponge while glueing

No problem. It doesn't matter :)
  16. Equipment advice for a returning player

Thank you :) I think that it might be your stroke that is a bit too slow, combined with your Acuda S2 that might make the ball bounce off too quick. It's easier to go with a softer, more linear rubber like Mercury III Euro, Mars III Euro to get the technique working. They are more forgiving and...
  17. Equipment advice for a returning player

Tau II is similar to a boosted H3. Battle 2 is a little stiff, so compared to Tau II it will need boosting. Battle 3 is closer to Tau II, but out of the box I think Tau II is a bit bouncier, but the spin is about the same. Why not consider something softer, Chinese for backhand? You gain some...
  18. From 729 Battle max pro to Battle 3

If you really like the harder feel and grip and kick when you're brush looping with Battle Max Pro, then Battle III might be a step back. B3 is a bit better for flatter hits and gives a more bouncy, softer and faster feel. But it works good for brushing the ball as well.
  19. From 729 Battle max pro to Battle 3

Battle Max Pro uses Battle top sheet (27-006), with a really tacky surface. Sorry...
