  1. Sueke no.1(blue bottle) vs Sueke no.2(green bottle)

...............because these are two different products, made by two different manufacturers in two different chinese cities, but mainly because on a previous thread about glues some people have complained about the quality of SUKE. however, having said all that, if it works for you it works...

  3. How do I know the spinniest topsheet. 🔎

There are two schools of thinking , one that wants to make the spin using the rubber surface's grippiness or tackiness and I assume would be expressed with coefficient of friction. The second way of thinking wants to make the spin using the softness of the rubber and therefore the chance of...
  4. How do I know the spinniest topsheet. 🔎

I do not completely rubbish this way of testing as complete crap, I do appreciate the efforts that have gone into it. However, I would prefer the top sheets removed from the sponge and glued on to a neutral surface and then tested how much spin can be produced. The video comes to mind with the...

  11. Is Sanwei blade worth to get?

My fav blade at the moment isa Sanwei cheapy, the T5000. Well made and value for money. On the flip-side, their later model, NOVA Carbon is alledgedly a bit of a dog. Long ago I had sanwei that were bent badly Ah well , difficult decisions .

  14. Blade defect after sealing?

To admit this in writing (i would like to see it) is either an incredible noble act or an incredibly stupid one. It would show that the manufacturer has decided to use a process that has serious shortcomings. I am all for experimenting and trying out new processes etc but even in my humble...
  15. Blade defect after sealing?

I am still amazed what people can see from some photos and are willing to give expert opinion. They must have all been to specsavers. Copy/pasted from #12 Xiom responded to me that they will send me a replacement blade, acknowledging that because of the 36.5 Cold Press process, it could happen...
  16. Blade defect after sealing?

Looking first a the photo that is exactly what I concluded, softer parts of the wood had swollen up. Then everybody started to scream """DELAMINATION"""". I honestly can not tell from those photos and without actually running my "detector-fingers" over the blade. If XIOM replaces the blade...

  18. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

a shame really that Loki is constantly bringing out new rubbers and that they are of such mixed quality. As far as BH rubber hardness is concerned it is of course always up to the individual. I did have a short "soft phase", using DHS H3 Neo 37 degr. but it just did not work for me. For quite...
