Sure, I can respect his skill. It's very high, and interesting due to his age. But... No way. I dislike him because of his behaviour, and would rather he bombed out early in tournaments so I don't have to listen to his ridiculous roaring. As much as he beats opponents due to skill, it will...

Forget that - ML will mash him now. Table 3 is where the mad stuff is. Old Screamer is 3-0 up against Mitzi.

Already, first point is amazing.

+1 - they were super cute.

That backhand remains one of the wonders of the world.

Looks like Timo had too big of a breakfast today. Hope it doesn't affect his chances!

Oooooooo look at all the shops.

It's very likely that any company who marketed a rebranded DHS 40+ ball (the original, rubbish one) will introduce a rebranded D40+ offering. It's either do that, stop selling a seamed plastic ball (supply of the original ball will dry up eventually), or switch to a different manufacturer...

Not sure really - they're so cheap when new.

Hey Kev. I can send you a FB2 if you want to test it out? It's on the eBay pile at the moment so not using it.

Well, if you're sure. It's an expensive thing to be shipping around, but I'll cover the postage costs of course.

Ah hahaha. That's very kind, but postage will be super expensive.

This is one of those blades that I'd love to try just to see what the concept is all about. ALC and spruce sounds like A Bad Thing on paper to me (YMMV), but OTOH Butterfly aren't likely to put a total lemon out there either. But no way am I paying £140 just to find out. Butterfly are priced...

I don't think I would like the feel.

I'm not sure about combining spruce and ALC, but that's just me.

Could be any of these things. Or the balls. Yeah, definitely the balls.

Actually, this is probably the bit I'm struggling with the most with Rozena. I'm finding that my short serves are incredibly good - much shorter than normal with good spin. But when I try to add a little bit more to the service action, I get a much deeper result. It feels really quite off/on...

Mine was 1.9mm and 66g uncut, which is almost exactly T05's weight in the same thickness.

I'm very impressed with Rozena. You get almost the same levels of spin as the tenergy line, but with a much more stable short game. It's very cool.

They were made in China. Quality was always very high in my experience though. I doubt they will be fakes, but you never know.
