It's almost impossible to know what Xiom mean when they say elasto blah or cycloid thingy. It probably relates to something ESN do in the factory, but what exactly and if it's unique to Xiom rubbers it's just too hard to say. I've picked up a sheet of Vega Tour, 2.0mm, red. Compared to a...

He's got a chance - you never know! I know it won't be a popular opinion, but I do wonder if the choice of ball has factored in to some degree. Butterfly G40+ here, different ball for the wtttc. If I had to prioritise training and adjustment time I'd probably put the wtttc above the...

Absolutely.

It's not this result particularly (Eugene has caused trouble for better players than Drinkhall) - it's everything since Xmas. And it's the unforced errors. Uncharacteristic, or at least in comparison with the last few years. It reminds me more of the Drinkhall of 5 years ago. Probably just form.

Man, Paul looks out of sorts at the moment.

These are 404ing now. Maybe Contra jumped the gun? The Nostaglic series look like Allround and Offensive Classics but with wenge outers. So what are the Azaleas? Allround and Offensive Classics but with pink logos?

I only have myself to blame.

It's a risk to use them if they aren't on the list. Depends how authoritarian the situation you find yourself in happens to be!

Pretty quiet LARC this time, the new Tenergy is probably the big news. Here are the updates: Andro Hexer Grip Hexer Powergrip Banco Feel Energie Powerdream Butterfly Tenergy 05 HARD Carlton (NEW) Vapour Trail R1 Kinesis Xelerate K1 Donic Bluestorm Big Slam Dr Neubauer KO Pro Pistol...

Euro stores tend to have incredibly good clearance sales on their clothing as well. I got a really nice zip up hoodie for €10 a few months back. Rubbers are standard esn, but that's a good thing. Blades are really nice, but they source from various places so prices vary. A gewo blade from...

Message from tt-japan. They won't have O7Asia stock until July, so I've requested a refund.

Harder sponge, or harder topsheet, are two options which sound good on paper for you. What draws me to O7 Asia is the idea something like O7 Pro but without the surprisingly soft feel on hard hits (same topsheet, harder sponge?), but Xiom are legendary for pulling the rug from under us with...

I've played hard FH soft BH for years and haven't had this problem, but that might be down to my blade choices. I don't like too much vibration so I probably don't pick up on it, if it's a thing at all. The newer ESN don't have the immediate catapult that MX-P does, for better or worse...

WCT did well there but that blazing start by ML was always going to be a big hill to climb. One thing I find massively underrated about WCT is his sideburns. Makes him look like a minor character from Sega's Yakuza games. Maybe he's got a side quest available?

It would suit my FH more than my BH on paper for sure, but each to their own. One of my clubmates uses H3N on FH and Omega V Asia on BH and although I think he's crazy, but he plays really well with it (and tends to drift away from the table more than I do too). I really like O7Pro but it...

That's great news, and makes a lot more sense for the line up imo.

What a match that was. Hari couldn't overpower Filus and the points ended up being epic. Well worth a rewatch.

What was going on with all those service faults against Joe?
