My take is that we have very good moderation here. Its very rare that it blows up bad. We have our old legacy combatants, but I think if posting stays civil it only spices the forum up. Without a difference of opinion things tend to get very boring… Moderators: Thanks for doing a good job...

Thats a good start, clean it and protectors om after every session. Let it dry so that no water is visible and after the protectors are on use your to squeeze out as much air ss possible. If your protector sheet is somewhat transparent it is easy. Cheers L-zr

The tackiness diminishes with time but very slow if you clean an cover. The surface starts looking like shit very quickly but its just cosmetic, It still retain great grip. I change about twice a year. Cheers L-zr

Sticky and tacky is the same thing, the ball sticks to the top surface. Tacky just s little bit , sticky is more. The technical term is tacky. The more tacky a rubber is the less you need to dig into the sponge to induce spin. Virtually necessary for serving with a really hard rubber… Cheers L-zr

It takes practice, A year ago our players came in with one arm. It took a year but now he serves and plays almost like before. The serve is difficult but its getting better. I train with him at tines and its no difference reslly, but the worse part I think he cant really pick up balls from left...

I think the original post makes perfect sense. I personally bost with the protective sheet on, because I want to minimize the contamination of the top sheet. Don’t see anything strange with that a stretched topsheet would react differently. My result has been very predictable. Next time I will...
